The property is in a great location within easy walking distance of most things but also the water bus. WiFi was good, staff were friendly.
We got a deluxe room , I don’t hi k I have ever slept on a bed as uncomfortable, springs sticking in to your body, there was a duvet in the closet we could have used to sleep on but needed it to put on top as it was cold during the night, the duvet was badly stained. The mattress needs replaced and the room could do with a bit of an update!
If you had mobility issues the stairs could be a bit of a problem.
