Quiet, spacious, and only a stroll from the heart of Freiburg

We had a great stay at this apartment in Freiburg. It was spotlessly clean, spacious for two people, and located in a beautiful, green area of the city. We especially appreciated the lovely garden and the absolute silence, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The city centre is very easy to reach, whether by bike or on foot. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be booking it again on our next visit to Freiburg!

Nice!

Friendly landlord, gave us advices on where to eat and what to visit. Very cosy apartment, quiet, and close to the city center. Everything you need is there, in the kitchen and in the bathroom (3 towels per person, very nice!), nice sofa and comfortable bed, and fresh apartment in spite of the heat! Would definitely come back.

I like the privacy and quietness of this place next to a garden in a lovely old part of Freiburg

silence!, view to the garden different lamps with different illumination, functional, JURA coffee-machine, two rooms connected by a bow in the wall bathroom separate, hidden by a curtain the possibility to sit outside - unfortunately I could not because of cold, misty weather, the location , I was able to walk to the home of the person I was visiting

the low quality of the coffee-beans, I missed a smaller cup for espresso the knife that could not cut dark bread the chemical stone in the WC the decoration on the wall by the television-screen

With better cleaning and a general update this would be perfect for a week in Freiburg.

Great location. 1,2 km from the Altstadt and 5 min to the forest. Very quiet area, and in the summer a nice patio in the garten. The apartment is big enough for 2 people to stay a whole week without feeling cramped. There is even a washing machine. Perfect!

The apartment needs to be renovated and some of the appliances and kitchen utensils like the knives need to be changed. The madras has also seen the best of days, and the bed is definitely not for elderly or overweight guest in mind as it is extremely low. The shower was not probably tiled, leaving the bathroom floor flooded after each shower. The toilet - is for space saving reason I guess - placed too close to the wall living no room for the larger person who is is forced to sit at an angle. This leaving the toilet seat crooked and loose. All in all the cleaning also is not good enough. Spiderweb in all corners. Dust under the heatings and dirt in the corners. This was very disappointing and therefor I can not give top marks.

Für einen Kurztrip war es OK.

Der freundliche Empfang. Die Nähe zur Stadt.

Bei näherer Betrachtung wies die Wohnung, die mit ihrem etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Mobiliar und dem sonstigem Equipment ( Küche /Bad) doch einige Punkte auf, die aus einem breiten Lächeln ein eher verhaltenes Grinsen machten. Eigentlich waren es nur Kleinigkeiten. Eine lockere Klobrille, eine loser Toilettenrollenhalter, der zudem von den Duschtüchern verdeckt wurde?? Eine undichte Duschabtrennung. Eine Geschirrschublade zu der Handhabung es garantiert kein You Tube Video gibt. Ein YURA Kaffeeautomat aus den 90gern , der außer einem sehr kräftigem Espresso nichts anderes mehr spendieren wollte. Ein Sofa dessen Bequemlichkeit nicht unbedingt zu langen Fernsehabenden einlädt.

Wohnen in großer Ferienwohnung in einer Riesenvilla

In schöner Gegend nahe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Lorettostr. liegt die sehr schöne große Villa, von wo man auch in gut 20 Minuten in die Altstadt spazieren kann. Über den Garten geht es in die liebevoll eingerichtete große Wohnung mit Veranda. Großartig auch der Parkplatz in der Einfahrt. Sehr netter Gastgeber, danke noch für den Sekt! Tipp in der Nähe: Denia, gute Tapasbar. Tipp für Freiburg: Samstags mittags Überraschungsmenu im Jacobi, Fino, Münstermarkt, Orgelmusik im Münster, und natürlich Rädle Feinkost und das "One Trick Pony"

Es war spektakulär gut, im Eingangsbereich hab ich keinen Lichtschalter gefunden. Kein Problem, es sind viele Leuchtquellen in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Freundlicher Gastgeber

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wohnung gut erreichbar, Parkplatz direkt am Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad geräumig und sauber. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine gemütlicher Sofalandschaft. Vor der Tür Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Frühstück oder um ein Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Ideal geeignet für zwei Personen. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe. Zum Kennenlernen brachte der sehr freundliche Gastgeber eine Flasche Sekt mit.

Das Bett hätte etwas größer sein können. Für zwei Erwachsene war er etwas zu klein. Im Bad haben wir Haken zum Aufhängen der Kleidung vermisst.

Klasse Apartment für 2

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, schnell und freundlich. Die Angaben zu Parkplatz und Schlüssel waren sehr hilfreich. Die Lage ist super, Stadtmitte liegt fußläufig und nur 5 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn. Drumherum ist alle Infrastruktur vorhanden. Das Apartment ist recht groß, Bad und Küche haben alles, was man braucht. Der Blick in's Grüne ist schön und es war total still. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Schöne Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Die Wohnung ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Aus den Fenstern schaut man in den Garten. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Man findet in der Wohnung alles was man braucht.

An sich ist die Wohnung gut eingerichtet aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auf Sauberkeit wurde leider keinen großen Wert gelegt. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war teilweise nicht gespült und im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch geöffnete Lebensmittel und Schmutz vom vorherigen Benutzer. Es gibt Kaffee und Tee. Beides war aber angebrochen und schon sehr alt. Im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit finde ich es gut die Lebensmittel nicht wegzuwerfen. Angebrochenen Cappuccino der aber schon seit 7 Jahren abgelaufen möchte ich aber auch nicht mehr trinken. Im Bad war auch der angebotene Zahnputzbecher offensichtlich schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt worden.
