Cozy appartment in the heart of the dolomites with an attentive host

I cannont recommend Herbert's property enough. The room and overall property is amazing! Incredible views, the place was spotless clean, the room was warm and Herbert was a very attentive host. The check in process was smooth and he was flexible with the checkout time. Thanks Herbert for a really nice stay!

Exceptional offer

The property exceeded our expectations. We had a very pleasant stay. We were warmly welcomed by Herbert who is an exceptional host, he showed us around and told us everything and was ready to help out with any further information or suggestion. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, the beds were comfortable. There are so many possibilities on the property, like swimming pool, hot tub, etc. and it all comes with amazing views. Will return any time. Thank you!

Facilities were amazing and the area was full of surprises for careful explorers. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. Cleanliness was like nothing else and the base is perfect both for mountain exploration and chill out by the pool or in a jacuzzi.

Great affordable accommodation with fantastic facilities

Host Herbert is very friendly and hospitable and he created a very nice accommodation there. The property is very nice and has a stunning view over the mountains, valley and Lana & Merano. The apartments are spacious and well equiped. The wellness and jacuzzi are great as well is the pool.

Disappointing

No soap at all. Not even to wash your hands. I understand I went for business to a romantic/wellness apartment, but was due to lack of rooms due to a Bolzano show…but a little soap for hands seems basic to me

Wonderful stay in a comfortable, clean apartment with an incredible view.

The host Herbert was very friendly even though we arrived rather late at 20:30. He explained everything to us regarding the property and about his farm. he also gave us a bottle of his own merlot wine and we had fresh apples in the morning too. Our apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. The view from our apartment was incredible. We loved it.

We liked everything, unfortunately, we could only stay one night unfortunately this time but would love to return and stay longer.

A perfect place to relax

Host greeted us cheerfully and showed us around, made us feel like friends rather than guests. Everything on premises is modern and spotlessly clean. Sauna, hot tub and extensive grounds make it the perfect place for relaxation. Bonus: seeing the lights down in the valley from our bed at night was Incredibly beautiful.

That we were only able to stay for one night as we were in a hurry to get home.

great Appartment with free Jaccuzzi, Sauna, Outdoor Pool and wonderful views - always go back, very nice host - no extra payments on site like with other properties - paid on booking 100% of rental fee!

nothing except that I think in general that Alto Adige apartment and hotel prices are too high for years (for German visitors who think in their German price level) - those apartments were 40-50€ for recent years now they 90€... - in real Italy you get better value

Ci é piaciuto molto la posizione e la vista che offriva la struttura notte e giorno é stata impagabile. Anche i servizi offerti ci sono piaciuti molto . Il proprietario molto disponibile e affidabile, ci ha informato anche di attività da svolgere nei dintorni.

L’unica cosa da migliorare sarebbero le coperte che erano due piccole invece di una da letto matrimoniale. E ci sarebbero piaciuti anche orari prolungati sul centro benessere.

e' una magia. il proprietario Herbert ha costruito un posto da favola, sopra la citta di Merano e davanti alla montagna e la vallata.. vasca idromassaggio esterna con un panorama unico. non ci sono parole relax e romanticismo assoluto. complimenti davvero!

unica cosa, anche Se il posto e' isolato quindi e' tranquillissimo, l insonorizzazione delle pareti. non esiste.

Sehr schöne Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, schöne saubere Sauna. Herbert war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit

Sehr schöne Anlage

Schöne Wohnung Mitten in einer Apfelplantage. Es gibt eine Sauna, einen Whirlpool + einen Pool im Freien. Schöner Ruheraum mit Blick auf Lana und Meran. Massageangebot haben wir gleich 2x genossen :) - Gastgeber immer hilfsbereit. Man kann kostenlos mit dem Bus ins Tal fahren. Große Garage für Auto und Fahrräder vorhanden. Toller Garten mit Liegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 2 km entfernt. Brötchenservice an die Wohnungstüre.

Wenn überhaupt, die Anlage liegt 4 km oberhalb Lana es sind 350 Höhenmeter zu überwinden (Fahrrad 🥵😅) aber auch das war für uns nicht wirklich schlimm, mit E-Bike gut möglich - mal was anderes.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön mit einem tollen Ausblick. Es gab eine Selbstbedienungslädchen mit einer kleinen Auswahl und wir konnten unkompliziert unser Elektro laden.

Zdecydowanie udany.

Zdecydowanie Jacuzzi na tarasie, o którym nie wiedziałem, że będzie. Taka miła niespodzianka:) Poza tym taraz jak i basen były z widokiem na mejscowość Lana co dodatkowo budowało znakomity klimat miejsca. Właściciel to również pomocna osoba.
