Very clean, great freebie drinks (including a little water topped up daily) and Francesca the hostess sooooo lovely. She helped me book a taxi & kindly gave me a bottle of prosecco for my birthday.
There isn’t parking! You have to spend a lot of money to park in an underground car park 10 mins walk away… it’s not good! The curtains didn’t fit, resulting in me not sleeping that well. There is no breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights late September (not peak) and the cost of hotel was £716, I wouldn’t recommend it unless much much cheaper…. there will defo be better places to stay for less money.

The location was convenient to restaurants, trolley, and train station. Our room was immaculate and styled with a personal touch by Francesca, the owner. She was a joy to be with and very, very helpful no matter what our need was.
Our only complaint was how small the elevator was. But, we understand it is typical in Italian architecture. We adjusted quickly and was able to use it regularly.

Location I chose because of train station. Thought walkable but not really the case
