The way they have managed to surround the experience in nature and also manage to keep a very high end luxury feel is amazing. The spa experience was excellent, and the service all round by the staff was top notch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We will definitely book again.

Unfortunately, we did not really enjoy our stay overall.
One positive aspect was the monkeys at breakfast – we found them quite entertaining. The location of the hot tubs was also very nice and peaceful.
However, from our room we unfortunately only had a view of dense forest, which was a bit disappointing.
When we arrived, we had a cocktail at the bar, and I was served a drink that contained a huge spider. Although they made me a new one, I was no longer able to enjoy it.
At dinner, I found a piece of plastic in my soup. The waitress simply said she would inform the kitchen, but it felt like she did not really care.
The receptionist was very friendly, but unfortunately, there was not much he could do about the situation.
Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
