Amazing amenities (hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, etc.) included in the price. The breakfast was a huge treat! Everything you could want and more. And of course the scenery was breathtaking! The bed was luxurious and we loved the fluffy robes provided. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, including bringing a microwave to our chalet for the stay. The resort is impressively maintained. We opted to stay in a chalet, as we have a young baby. It was a perfect, low-pressure spa weekend.
It was a bit chilly inside at night. My husband got up in the wee hours to make a fire, and that made it cozy and romantic again!

Unfortunately, we did not really enjoy our stay overall.
One positive aspect was the monkeys at breakfast – we found them quite entertaining. The location of the hot tubs was also very nice and peaceful.
However, from our room we unfortunately only had a view of dense forest, which was a bit disappointing.
When we arrived, we had a cocktail at the bar, and I was served a drink that contained a huge spider. Although they made me a new one, I was no longer able to enjoy it.
At dinner, I found a piece of plastic in my soup. The waitress simply said she would inform the kitchen, but it felt like she did not really care.
The receptionist was very friendly, but unfortunately, there was not much he could do about the situation.
Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.
