Beautiful, well maintained property. What a surprise, when I opened the curtains the next morning, and found a pond with some ducks on it as the view from the bedroom!
Although the inside rooms are close to the kitchen, it might be worth it to have a coffee station in the room.

Spaceous rooms and bathrooms. We were the only guests in the main house - an absolute pleasure. Might become a bit crowded if other groups has to share the same communal facilities suc as kitchen, lounch and stoep area. The caretaker was friendly and very professional.
Nothing. A suggestion, Serviettes in the kitchen would have been a nice touch.

I liked that it was clean and the beds and bedrooms and bathrooms were great, as well as the facilities in the kitchen.
I was told that I was not getting the room that I booked? on the ground floor? with no explanation , I was travelling with elderly parents who then had to traverse steep stairs with no handrail to go to their room and bathroom, and then back down to use the shared kitchen facilities or the grounds. And then unfortunately there is no bathroom downstairs so had to go back up to use the bathroom.

Beautiful accommodation.
It would have been nice if the owners warned us that there will be no signal. We had no signal whatsoever and the wifi does not work at all. We had to drive to Plett to do our work, which was not convenient. The water and the house itself has a funny smell.
