The bed is very comfortable. The gentleman that assisted us with our accommodation and the gate was really friendly and helpful. The facilities are peaceful and quiet.

When I called to say we were on our way our booking could not be located but I was told we could be accommodated in a smaller room that was available. This has never happened with any of my Booking.com bookings. My booking was later found some time after we arrived. The room was small but had everything that you needed for a short stay. I understand that the gat to the sanctuary has to be locked in evening but it does feel like your movements are quite restricted. You also have to stay within the fenced area where the accommodation is so once again your movements are restricted. You neighbour the sanctuary but there is no real view so you feel quite closed in as if you are back in the city. The brown water out the tap is explained but more than two small bottles of drinking water should be provided or guests should know in advance so they can come with drinking water. Breakfast is included in the room rate but it was explained to us that is was really only cereal or a muffin so we didn't experience breakfast as it did not seem like something that occurred regularly.
