    Lokasi hotel strategik. Keseluruhan bilik bersih. Ada aircond & kipas. Saiz bilik memang kecil berpatutan dengan harga. Tidak sesuai utk yang bawa banyak luggage/barang banyak. Ada parking hotel tapi sikit.

    Very disappointed!! The hotel needs serious improvement on basic facilities. There were no wardrobe, no hangers, and only 1 towel provided for a couple. When we requested hangers and extra pillows from staff, they said they don’t have and told us “this place will be like this”. The room size was also very cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, the surrounding area is not convenient for Muslim guests as there are NO halal options nearby. For the price paid, these basic amenities and proper customer service should be provided.
