The rooms are very small by US standards, but not dissimilar from other hotels I’ve visited in Europe and Japan.

Chance to feel the Normandy landings overlooking the beach

Breakfast excellent . View over beach so appropriate as chose Hotel with the Keith Marsden song “ St Aubin Sur Mer “ very much in mind . ( Surprised to find that the Hotel team had not heard this poignant song on the 1944 landings)

Disappointing

Location is great but the rooms are very small

There has been a very substantial change to the menu. We always booked this hotel because of the variety of shellfish on the menu but alas no more ,just oysters. I doubt we’ll be back

Nice Reception/Bar and Restaurant decor. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location.

My daughters room was not ready and there were some cleaning issues. However I mentioned this to the Hotel Receptionist and she reduced our bill for us, and was most apologetic.

Bathroom items were missing and not replaced until several requests made Bar closed early on Sunday evening , we were informed by telephone as we were out, but not expected as we were residents with 4 rooms

A peaceful one night stay in a lovely hotel.

Very friendly staff. A lovely beachfront location and we booked a sea view room with a balcony. A very French hotel and resort - if you understand what I mean. We had dinner at the hotel and it was a great meal in a beautiful room.

Walls very thin. Could hear activities door. Stairs very steep. Hotel door to lobby did not open till 0800. Making for unfriendly environment. Charging ports next to desk-did not work, only one by bathroom door. No milk for coffee or tea in room.

Good welcome, restaurant, parking next to hotel (or on public parking in front), beds (lits jumeaux), quiet.

Quite expensive tough, bath/ shower might be renewed. Room Is rather small but oké.

Wonderful, will certainly go again.

We were travelling with our pet dog so looking for a larger room. We were thrilled with the size of room and also the beautiful view on 2 sides of the beach. It was modern, clean and staff were very helpful. We had very good food in the restaurant in the evening and also a very nice breakfast.

There was a small issue with hot water but this was very quickly rectified.

- Professional and nice personnel. - Very good location in front of the beach. - Overall quality and cleanliness of the commons, the room and the bathroom. - Car park right in front of the door. - Quality restaurant...

- .... but quite expensive (more than 110€ for 2 menues and a bottle of wine). - Expensive breakfast : 14€ with limited choice (no eggs or bacon for instance) and 1 glass of juice (no free service on juice). - Disappointing bedding : mattress too hard and cushions too soft.

fabulous hotel, lovely staff and my room got upgraded for free. they even accommodated having my friends over for breakfast. nothing like waking up to the sound of the sea. also the food was absolutely excellent - a gourmand feast!
