The lady on check in was friendly. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, biscuits were a nice extra.
The water temperature for the shower fluctuated from cold to hot and the shower tray filled up with water while showering and wouldn't drain properly which made showering awkward

The Team are very friendly
The heaters are too complicated to use. Would recommend that you provide instructions.

The location of the hotel, and the big carpark, staff always very helpful.
Mattress very hard , pillows not good, room very dark, with small windows.
Breakfast very over cooked, my wife could not eat anything apart from a piece of toast.
