Excellent stay close to center and accessible by free bikes

Perfect guesthouse owned by a lovely family. Separated from main house and roads. Completely private and quiet. Comfortable beds. Bathtub! Nice living space.

Just like at grandma’s house, the only thing missing was the fluffy cake and warm milk or hot choco.

As soon as we arrived at the location (which was very easy to find thanks to Google Maps), we found the gate open and stepped into the courtyard, where Jos was waiting for us. Warm, kind, and effortlessly friendly, he greeted us in perfect English and guided us to our apartment. Along the way, he shared thoughtful recommendations—where to eat well, which corners of Bruges are worth discovering, and how to avoid the overwhelming tourist crowds. His advice felt more like that of a friend than a host. The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise: small but full of charm, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. There was a certain warmth about it, something familiar that instantly made us feel at home. Everything was at hand—refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, sink, dishes, TV, internet—so that nothing was missing from our stay. Just outside, we could park the car beneath tall plane and chestnut trees, their branches forming a kind of natural roof. At night, when the air cooled to 7–8°C, we especially appreciated the comfort of a well-heated home, adjusting the thermostat until the room felt just right. It was one of those stays where everything comes together—hospitality, comfort, and atmosphere—so that Bruges could be enjoyed not just as a city to visit, but as a place to feel welcomed and at ease.

Park your car among the trees, in the middle, not right next to the trunk, because in the morning you’ll find it covered in bird droppings

The place is comfortable and with everything we need. Hosters are very nice and helpful. What I like the best is that they provided us bikes for us to ride!

The beautiful location and neighbourhood, the cosyness of the house, the garden with games, the bicycles available, the exterior dining table, the avaiable books...My family had a great time. Free parking, good kitchen.

The upstairs room was a bit hot, since we got very high temperature in Bruges, other than that it was a very pleasant and happy stay.

Great location to access town but also quiet. The owners gave us use of their bicycles. Internet was super fast. Hosts were very helpful and pleasant.

Decent breakfast. The owner of the place delivers basic groceries, like eggs, cookies, bread, butter and jam, juice, etc., so it's not bad. You can mix something up.

Wonderful stay, very kind hosts

Wonderful hosts, great accommodation, breakfast and peaceful location. It is our second time staying here and it was as good as our first trip. We also mistakenly left some belongings behind which our hosts very kindly arranged to return to us by post. Will definitely return for another visit!

Relaxing short stay in a nice part of town

Excellent location for cycling, to the South-West of town. Woodlands with a nice playground and even a picturesque kasteel nearby. Really friendly hosts who will consider your breakfast requests and have lots of advice to offer. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hobs and a microwave. Solid wi-fi, the TV supports most apps. Very clean rooms. A good supermarket is a 3 minute drive away.

The living room area at Noord cottage is a bit narrow. Not a problem for two adults and a young child though.

Lovely stay with fantastic hosts

Atlas guest house was perfect. We stayed in Noord. We arrived at 11pm (ish) and the beds were made ready for us as they knew we were arriving late. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but sofa beds rarely are… it wasn’t the worst! There were information booklets detailing everything we needed, we had plenty for breakfast in a lovely hamper including milk and juice, and fresh bread was delivered daily. The coffee was great (great coffee is soo important!). We drove so had our own car which we were able to park right outside the guest house. We easily drive into bruge parking at the train station and walking the rest of the way. It took less than 10 minutes to drive. We also drove to the beach in De Haan (recommended by the guest house owners) which was just lovely and less than 30 minutes drive. Very pleased with everything. The hosts were really lovely and helpful. We definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

The cottage is excellent. The beds are so comfy, blackout curtains in bedroom, it is spotless, everything you need in the kitchen. Hanging space for coats and clothes. Bathroom is excellent. Very powerful shower. See very much appreciated bread being delivered every morning snd the breakfast hamper was also brilliant, with fruit, yogurts, cheese and ham. All in all our stay here made our time in Bruges one to remember. Thank you both c

-super friendly and caring host -very comfortable bed in the master bedroom -lovely breakfast hamper -free bikes (15-20 min ride in the center) -very easy handling with the host -not right in the city center, more quite which what we wanted

-our shower had almost no pressure (but he fixed it now after we told him) -it was very noisy when the next door apartment is also booked/ occupied because it’s wall to wall. You hear the people talking (the bass atleast of the man), phone alarm, people walking the stairs etc. that can be annoying at 6 AM.. BUT to be fair, we had very very loud neighbors!

Comfort i tranquil·litat a un pas de Bruges

L'allotjament és excepcional. Ens varem poder adaptar perfectament entre l'habitació (dalt) i el sofà llit doble (baix). Realment fa sentir com a casa, es nota que els mobles i detalls no són genèrics, tot està personalitzat amb molt de gust i de manera funcional, cosa que s'agraeix quan es viatja. L'ubicació és en un barri residencial, el que assegura una gran tranquil·litat a la nit pel descans. Està ben connectat amb busos al centre de Bruges (10min).

No és que no m'hagi agradat, és un comentari que penso que pot ser útil: el lavabo és a baix i l'habitació principal a dalt, per la qual cosa si es té alguna condició de mobilitat o salut en la qual això pugui suposar un problema, s'ha de tenir en compte ja que a més són més d'una desena de graons en 2 trams.

Fijne plek om Brugge en omgeving te verkennen

Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in de cottage. Goede bedden, fijne badkamer. En de fietsen zijn heel fijn, daardoor is het centrum snel bereikt. Een vriendelijke ontvangst.

De keuken uitrusting is adequaat voor een kort verblijf maar voor langer verblijf iets te summier.

Muy limpio. Cerca de brujas pero a la vez zona tranquila y sin ruidos,.Cocina bien equipada incluido productos como cafe, te, azucar, aceite. Baño con secador, toallas, champu, gel.. Calefacción. Aparcamiento privado. Cuando llegamos tenía el sofá cama preparado, decorado de navidad y la casa calentita. La verdad que todo perfecto. Las cama y sofá eran cómodas

Nous avons été accueillis par le. Propriétaire. Qui est disponible pour vous transmettre des informations sur votre séjour. Appartements à proximité de Bruges a 12 minutes du centre en voiture. Vous avez le parking de la gare qui est proche de bruge a un tarif raisonnable.. Appartement tres propres et bien maintenu et vous disposez de places de parking gratuite sur la route principale Juste à côté de la maison.., Nous avons passé un sejour de deux nuits et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Heerlijk sfeervol huisje met fietsen.

Het huisje zelf, de ligging van het huisje, de fietsen die je mocht gebruiken. Ideaal binnen 3,5 km ben je in hartje centrum Brugge. 15 min fietsen. Super. Huisje was zeer sfeervol, bedden opgemaakt heel fijn bij aankomst.

Inchecken dmv code, sleutel kastje. Dit duurde erg lang en uiteindelijk hebben buren ons geholpen. WiFi is niet zo best, handdoeken roken niet zo fris.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung und Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Einchecken hat super gut geklappt, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Von dort ist es auch gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu einem der zentralen Parkhäuser zu fahren.

Das Schlafzimmer ist nicht auf einer Ebene mit dem Bad bzw. Toilette. Das ist für ältere Leute, die nachts die Toiletten nutzen müssen, etwas schwierig.

Excelente Ubicacion, sitio muy agradable, los propietarios muy amables, fácil acceso a todo, tiene bicicletas gratris para disfrutar, tiene una terraza con juegos, unas mesas afuera para disfrutar de un buen cafe. Volvere.
