I liked the location because it's on the outskirts and quiet, but we had our own car. If you don't have a car, there's a taxi service to the center for 15 euros. Good breakfast

It was very cold in the bathrooms because there is only heating in the room, I dont like that I have to pay for parking and the hotel has its own parking lots.

Nice and relaxing

I loved the hotel and the breakfast, which had a great variety. It’s a wonderful place to relax.

This is not really a negative point, just a personal opinion: it would be great to have an option for guests who would like to have dinner without having to choose the buffet, or perhaps to have a more affordable price for the buffet.

Very nice better level accommodation especially for a family.

Good comfortable hotel in its own grounds outside the centre gives it a good vibe. Nice outside space with bar and lots of stuff for kids to do in teh garden.

When we wanted to rebook it was more expensive. Basically very good place.

Overall an excellent experience, clean comfortable and friendly

The booking in process was good and efficient. The Staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and reasonably equipped. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

The Bar area was small and a little uncomfortable but the staff friendliness was good and made a difference

Good breakfast, handy for motorway.

Room was comfortable although very hot with two adults and two teenagers sharing. Traffic noise was constant with the window open but needed it open to make the room cool enough. Breakfast was excellent.

It was a little bit further away from Bruges than I'd hoped to be, but easily accessible with a taxi. I booked in a hurry so hadn't appreciated how far out it was.

The staff are nice-ish, the garden is nice, the location is good.

They completely forgot about our honeymoon which we told them in advance, check in is very late (who does 4pm?), the garden is a little tired, everything looks a little down, the bathrooms have mould in them. Breakfast quantity was good, quality was mediocre.

Excellent hotel for families in a beautiful location

It’s exceptionally kid friendly and with lots of entertainment including bouncy castle, trampoline and of course the pool.

The main courses in the buffet dinner were a little bland but that’s it!

Great stay, good hotel, great staff - we'll be back when in the area

We liked the Location, the parking and the very friendly staff staff. The Ameneties and the Room are all nice and very clean, the Breakfast has a very good and plentiful choice. Very good coice for people who want to explore the City of Brugge, without being stuck in it.

a purley personal observation, but I am not very keen on Showers installed inside a bath tub.

A very nice hotel with really good, welcoming staff and lots to do for children

The staff made it impossible not to give this hotel a high rating, in particular the guy who worked at the bar. We were made to feel very welcome. There are a lot of activities for children and we liked the bar area and terrace. We also liked the location

Nice Hotel for families with small children

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is in the middle of green and silence and in the same time not far away from the city center. Hotel has a nice playground for the kids. Swimming pool is small but good enough for short refreshing. They offer special taxi service that costs only 15 EUR to the city center (total price up to 6 persons). It is almost cheaper than public transportation. But sometimes you may wait longer (20-30 mins). Parking fee is also cheap.

-There is only one elevator. -Breakfast variety was limited. Besides, we had to make a reservation for the breakfast due to full capacity of the hotel. But unfortunately foods were not refreshed in time. Many simple things (tomato, cucumber, fruits and boiled eggs) were finished and was not prepared again eventhough it was earlier than end of breakfast time.

Nice stay in a quiet area close to Brugge centre

The hotel is located in a foresty area, not too far from Brugge centre. Our room was good with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, a modern tv, and plenty of parking space. There is also a pool table in the lobby.

Customary check in from 16:00 is on the late side, but luckily we were able to check in before that time.

I would recommend it.

The location was ideal for a family getaway, surrounded by nature, making it the perfect escape. The beautifully decorated area around the swimming pool added a lot to the place. They also provided board games and entertainment options for guests, making it a perfect spot for a family weekend. The reception staff were extremely warm and welcoming, greeting us with friendly smiles the moment we arrived, which made us feel right at home. We regretted only booking for one night, but we’ll definitely be returning!

The rooms were comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. Although they were a bit old, they had been renovated and were impeccably clean. However, we did wish there was a fridge in the room, especially since it was an exceptionally warm day, and it would have been nice to keep some cold water for the night.

The hotel has brilliant facilities. There is something for everyone. There is a park for children including a trampoline and bouncy castle. The pool is excellent and clean. The staff are very pleasant and kind. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean including the rooms. The food was beautiful and the selection at breakfast was excellent. There is nothing to fault about this hotel. We were sad to leave and we cannot wait to return. The hotel is not in the centre of Bruge however, they offer a shuttle service for fifteen euros and it was excellent.

A very comfortable night, convenient to the Highway

A very friendly welcome, unfortunately we arrived to late to eat but the bar was open so we had two courses of Leffe! The rom was great and two beds as requested.

Kitchen closed at 21:15 but we had been held up at Euroshuttle so missed food but that was no way a reflection of the hotel
