Nice hotel close to the biggest shopping centre in Bulgaria. There is a quite big park near by for a walks. Free private parking available.

Good location close to Paradise Center. Free underground parking. Staff is very accomodative!
I would suggest some more amenities in the room like tea and coffee maker, slippers etc

Nothing - unable to stay for the reasons below.
Searched for a pet friendly hotel. Reviewed one of them online, didnt like it, clicked back to the seach and this place was showing. So we booked it, but turned up and was told they weren't able to accomodate us with our small dog.
OK, things can go wrong and I asked for the refund.
Hotel staff were indifferent to this issue and just told us to take it up with platform even though the booking was made within 15 minutes. So unhelpful.
However the platform are placing the responsibility on the hotel to approve. Which they arent giving.
Neither have paid and the hotel has now gone quiet and refuse to refund.
Raised a claim with credit card as nobody from platform or the hotel are helping. CC company found in my favour and issued full refund.
