Още на рецепцията бяхме посрещнати с усмивка. Жената беше много отзивчива. Подробно ни упъти как да стигнем до желаното от нас място. В хотела беше чисто и обстановката уютна. Намира се между две спирки на градския транспорт, което за нас беше удобство.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay. The Diana hotel welcoming, and Zoya made me feel truly at home with her kindness and care. She is such a warm and attentive host. Highly recommended! ❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🇮🇱

The lady from reception was really nice and helpful; despite not speaking English, she tried her best to support and helped us with all our enquiries.
The location is rather difficult to reach due to road work and rather dark if you arrive in the evening. The parking space is very small, and you have to either block someone or get blocked to park. The walls of the room were dirty, and the room had an old smell, not very pleasant. The price is high for the quality and facilities.
