The room was very clean, the staff is really kind, helpful and positive. The breakfast was delicious and rich. The location is pretty close to Paradise mall and Tokuda hospital, a walking distance.
During breakfast in the restaurant was a little bit colt.

The Hotel is at a perfect and easily accessable location. We traveled to Sofia by car and found the hotel very easy to navigate, only using main city roads. The parking was safe and very spacious, we had a suv and had zero problems getting in or out. The Hotel is situated very close to metro and tram, there are multiple food and shopping options nearby, also a good and big mall. The rooms are clean and spacious, the AC is quiet and works well. The room service is perfect. The refrigetaror works good. The hotel has a good elevator which is fast. The breakfast is really nice and very detailed with lots of options, fresh and tasty, fully recomended! The reception staff speak perfect English and are very helpful. We had absolutely no problems with our stay and we will return for sure for another stay in Sofia to this hotel.
