    Great location in the heart of Kyoto’s geisha district and a 2mins walk to the Hanamikoji street Gion walk. The Yasaka Shrine is also only a 3mins walk away. The Kiyomizu-dera temple and its famous shopping street is a 13mins walk away. There’s a Starbucks below the hotel and it’s practically surrounded by shops, F&B and entertainment outlets, etc. Rooms and beds were comfortable and breakfast was nice. Highly recommended!

    We stayed here for 2 nights on our trip to Japan. The hotel is squeaky clean and equipped with all the facilities that are needed.

    Great location, rooms are small but functional. The adjoining rooms worked well for our famy of 4. The beds were the most comfortable of our entire trip, the soft mattress was bliss. The staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful.

    Stayed two nights at APA Kyoto-Gion Excellent. Fantastic location! Walking distance to all the attractions in the old Kyoto district. Great value for money too!
