Location is great, 5-8 mins walk to the Kyoto Station. Appreciate the luggage storage space under the beds. Enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast spread.
Room could have been more spacious. It would be great if there were more shelving and hooks to help to with storage.

Super convenient location one block away from Kyoto Station, making it easy to get to all places in Kyoto. Staff helpful, polite, and professional. Every person on the staff was helpful and kind. Rooms clean and comfortable. Small rooms, but price so reasonable that we got one room for each person in our party. Breakfast buffet tasty with broad selection of Japanese foods, worth the price. 7-11 1/2 block away, easy to get food and supplies. We would definitely stay here again!
Nothing!

Proximity to Kyoto station was awesome and a short walk to convenience store. Fairly close to shops.
Bathrooms were very compact, beds were hard. Was difficult to find English speaking staff.

Close to Kyoto station. Under bed storage for luggage.
The step up into the tiny bathroom was annoying. Guests have no control over the temperature of their room. Staff managed to mess up my suitcase shipping.
