    Everytime we travel to Japan we always book at Apa Hotel because it’s cheap but clean, and it’s located close to train stations.

    The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the service and the facilities. The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, the hotel offers a complete range of amenities that provided in the room. Everything was well-maintained and clean, which I truly appreciated.

    Staff is not very customer focused. I asked for a non smoke room in advance and was advised that there was no room available but they could change the next day if I wanted, with no access to the room from 1000 to 1500 ; not exactly a five star service
