Very close to Station
Basic room was not very modern in comparison to the Hotel entrance.

Great location very close to Kyoto Station. Best spot to start and finish the days of sightseeing.
Cleanliness of our room. 1. Mould in patches on the corner ceiling and along one side of the ceiling, also in the shower. 2. Dust gathered in tiny balls on the walls/ceiling from the air conditioner vent. There was a layer of dust on everything daily.
Could hear street noise especially the pedestrian crossing sounds which were constant.
Extremely limited laundry facilities (2 washers, 2 dryers for entire hotel).
