The perfect place to visit the temples from

Amazing place with lots of nature around you (inside the place). Amazing rooms with jungle feeling. Amazing and friendly staff. Good restaurant as well. Amazing pool as well. It’s literally next to the temples. Just walk outside and you’re there. Perfect.

Very pleasant atmosphere, nice spacious room, great shower. Very nice swimmingpool. And when tourists leave, around 20:00 everything closes and, you have the whole Tanah Lot for yourself ... and in the morning as well. Be carefulk with Grab taxi, as not always the police lets them in. You need to pay entrance fee to the area.

Amazing

We had a truly wonderful and unforgettable vacation. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was amazing, and the location is stunningly beautiful. Everything is designed for maximum comfort and relaxation. We would definitely love to come back again!

Great place for visiting Tanah Lot temple area

Location is fantastic, right next to the temple. Beautiful setting with a great pool. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast in nice restaurant. Very nice bathroom. Free tea/coffee and snacks available. Close to many good warungs and restaurants. Close to Kechak dance performance.

Room was quite dark. A table and chairs would be nice.

Lovely for a short stay.

Lovely little traditional style hotel. Bathroom was beautiful and private with a full size bath. Pool area small but nice. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Being close to Tanah Lot temple was lovely too.

There were very few food options in the area, particularly close to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was lovely but the food choices were limited. The breakfast was OK but the staff did not offer juice, pastries or anything else that was actually included in the price.

A lovely place for rest in a serene atmosphere

A very serene and friendly atmosphere, the rooms are very nice and the restaurant is also good. All together it is a very nice place to rest, close to Tanah Lot, with the opportunity to enjoy this special place in the early morning before the crowd.

Hidden Gem

What a hidden treasure. You are amongst markets and close to the "Ocean Temple" but down a path that takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the markets, so it is very peaceful. The rooms are quite large with all amenities you need. The pool is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The cabins are well maintained and very clean, can not speak highly enough about the property.

Comfortable and unique experience

We wanted twin beds. Hotel did not have so they offered us a king and single in a large room (could fit 4) with a huge balinese bathroom. It was much more than expected. They did not charge extra. Plenty of table/shelf surfaces. Pool was tranquil and good for cooling off. The area has market type shops and a park with views of the sea and Tanah Lot temple.

Whilst furniture is not so new, they were functional and comfortable. Not many choices for dinner around the area and they close early. (Hotel has one restaurant). Time taken to travel to town is more than an hour due to traffic jams.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Bali

Natya Hotel Tanah Lot is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are stunning and the gardens are a tropical paradise. The staff were very friendly and, travelling alone as a mature woman, I was so grateful for the support and kindness offered to me. The hotel is very close to anything you might need and just a very short walk to the beach and the amazing Tanah Lot Temple. Must do: check out the sunset Kecak Fire Dance - a cultural immersion not to be missed! Also, be sure to visit Ketut - resident artist in the markets - his work is original and amazing! Room lighting was a little dark, but that was also kind of nice as it made it even easier to sleep in and relax :)

Not the hotel's fault, but the location was problematic at times, e.g. when ordering transport you have to walk up the road to a check point. Transport won't pick you up from hotel. Have to pay 75.000rp per person to enter Tanah Lot (where hotel is located)

The hotel is ideally located, you need less than 5 minutes to walk to the temple. The hotel restaurant is really good and the pool area looks lovely and peaceful. The staff was kind and responsive.

Peaceful, quiet location with friendly staff!

The location is fantastic for access to the temple early morning. The staff are all lovely, greet you when they see you and very accommodating. Loved my little villa and the outside balcony. Very private. I found the food from the restaurant absolutely fine - they also accommodated my dietary needs. Other restaurants available in the area as well. Everyone was really friendly. The markets are just around the corner and were great for shopping! The reception arranged my ride to the airport at a very reasonable price.

There are no robes in the room and no box of tissues, which I founds nice to haves at other accommodation I stayed in. Doesn’t affect the score though..

Extrenely attentive stuff, delicious breakfast, beautiful pool & reception area, cosy bungalow.

My stay at Natya hotel was amazing! The stuff was extremely attentive. Everyday they asked me how I am, what are my plans, if I need anything. They helped me with lots of coordination with local drivers, they got rid of mosquitos for me... the pool & reception area is beautiful. The bungalow is big with lots of storage, the bed is comfy, the breakfast is delicious.

The area is really quiet, which was actually something what I was looking for but it turned out to be even more silent than I wished for haha. As it is located directly in the temple area, everything closes at 8pm or 9pm so after this time you have basically nothing to do. The hotel pictures gave me an impression that the hotel area is much bigger, but it is really only the bungalow, pool & reception.

Lovely relaxing Stay, with the most amazing staff.

Our room was huge and very clean. The bed was comfy. Our room was serviced each day. The staff were beyond lovely, nothing was a problem. Pool was lovely and very clean. We loved Staying at Natya Hotel.

Nothing to do with the hotel, just that everything shuts at 7.00 except for the Nayta Restaurant which closes at 8.30. Other than that it is a ghost town.

A lovely place to stay, away from the tourist hordes.

The room was very large with an expansive bathroom. The shower is in one corner above which is a metal grill, then open to the sky above. The aircon worked well, which you need sometimes as it can get quite humid. I particularly liked the temple area which got quite touristy during the day, but by 7 pm everywhere had shut down, apart from the hotel's restaurant which closed at about 8 pm. All went quiet after that, which suited me. The pool was lovely, not busy, and warm to swim in. Bliss! And the staff were all so helpful and friendly.

The one slight nuisance was having to choose, on the day before, what you would have for breakfast. This seemed a bit unnecessary, because the staff were there to cook it fresh anyway. However, if that's the only negative I can come up with, then there really isn't anything bad to say.

Shower head was split at the top so most water didn't come through the head...was enough though. Staff were going to fix but as we were there oy for 1 night it didn't bother us too much

A fantastic place! Absolutely magical, feels like having your own hut in an enchanted forest! The resort is small and feels like a boutique place, every house is separated with amazing tall plants to offer peace and privacy. Inside, the rooms are spacious with a high ceiling, very well designed and clean. The bathtub and walk in shower are an absolute treat after a long day by the pool. I had a special request for the breakfast and the lovely staff went over and beyond to accommodate me. Thank you for your hospitality, you made my first few days in Bali unforgettable!

Beautiful rustic hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of greenery. Lovely Ubud-style rooms. Small but beautiful pool. Walkable to the Temple. We were there for an event, so didn't explore the surroundings too much.

It didn't bother us but note that the rooms are built in Indonesian style (non-insulated wood) and are surrounded by lots of trees, so you do get some insects like mosquitoes and black ants inside.

We didn’t have time for the pool, but it looked very inviting. The room was nice and clean with a great bed and a dream of a bathroom! The tea and coffee in the “lobby” were complementary all day which felt homy…and the staff was lovely,every one of them.

Very good

Hotel is very nice and green. The outdoor pool was beautiful. Personal was amazing, they always helped out with any requests we had, even in the middle of the night. Room had nice porch surrounded by plants, so you could drink and rest in the evening enjoying the view of the stars.

It would be nice if breakfast has more to choose from. And also bathroom towels in the desperate need of change. They all were gray and ripped.
