Private Studio Near Kedungu Beach Cozy & Affordable

Where do I start. We arrived in Kedungu and were a little worried about where the location was, we thought we may have booked a place too far out. We couldn’t have been more wrong. From the very first interaction Aan made us feel at home. He greeted us with a basket of fresh local fruits, and warm welcoming energy. The home is situated around 10-15 minute walk from the beach, but Aan informed us there were two bicycles for us to use. This made it so easy for us to get around. The beach isn’t optimal for swimming, there are some rocks, but we had managed to have plenty of lovely swims. We also did a surf lesson on the local beach, which we REALLY enjoyed. The studio was perfect for us, it is a large spacious room, with a super comfy double bed. The room has A.C. and a ceiling fan which we really appreciated coming for the cool climate in Ireland. The hosts blew us away, we couldn’t have asked for nicer people to stay with. They were both very friendly and had lots of wonderful story’s and recommendations to share with us. They frequently offered us coconuts, fruits, homemade yogurt, and bread. The property has a garden, which the hosts informed us we could just go and pick what ever vegetables we wanted, whenever we wanted. For my partner and I, we were in heaven. Thank you.

I highly recommend this place. The room and furnitures are new. The room service is excellent. The owner is the best hoster! We have had a very good experience during our 2 weeks here. I'm working remotly and the room is totally prepared for that, but also for enjoy. It's basically like a hotel suite. Also, if you like gardens... you will love the garden of this place. They have practically a supermarket in the garden!

Wenn eine Unterkunft 10 Punkte verdient, dann diese. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt, wurden mit frischem Obst begrüßt und durften auch den Hauseigenen Tee täglich genießen. Im Punkto Sauberkeit werden hier auch ganz andere Standards gesetzt. Es ist immer wieder herrlich in ein frisch aufgeräumtes Zimmer zurückzukommen. Dabei wurde auch immer genau dann geputzt wenn wir gerade außer Haus waren. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, Mitten in den Reisfeldern gelegen. Der Strand ist in 5minuten mit dem Moped zu erreichen und gut zum surfen. Es gibt einen Bioladen in der Nähe mit leckeren Backwaren. Die Gastgeber haben uns regelmäßig mit frischem Gemüse aus dem Garten und anderen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt Aan und Karl sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeber und Kedungu Garden ein Projekt mit Zukunft. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!
