It’s all about the location and value for money

Location to tanah lot was perfect as hotel inside the grounds White clean bed sheets comfy bed Very good value in off season Aircon was very good Restaurants very close by but they close early It’s about the location perfect for a night for sunset Grab can drop off at entrance gate but pickup is a 5 minute walk near pharmacy Swimming pool looked clean but we didn’t use it

Didnt like Paper cups for tea and coffee Breakfast was very basic Bathroom really does need updating and a deep clean really wasn’t the best We didn’t use shower because of this

Super hot room with no working conditioner

Almost nothing - many spots were having falling off paint / rusty

We stayed in room 201 and had a horribly hot room - the air con was not working / just making some noise and letting you know that it might fall apart any moment. It did not cool or fresh the room at all. Even a fan does it’s work way better. The Panasonic air con were installed only for our room and the room next to us. The other rooms had Daiken. If choose to stay in this hotel / ask the staff to change your room for a different one with daiken air con/ were shy to ask to change rooms. We all learn from our mistakes. We were the only ones staying at this hotel/ it was Friday night.

Nice villa, staff, but restaurant below expectations for property.

The villa was great.

The restaurant food was very disappointing? We pre paid for breakfast for 6 days and after the first did not want the remaining 5 mornings: they did not give a refund. The first night’s dinner; both our dishes had no flavor, spicy or otherwise.

Very loud, plenty of mosquitoes inside the room, no mosquito net, bed linen had a lot of stain, shower head was working with flashes going everywhere, communication did not go well - when asking about Tanah Lot, not much or the right information were given

Try to avoid

Good location

The room failed to meet expectations. There were no curtains or blinds, the paint was peeling off the wall. There was a leak in the bathroom, which had no openable windows and smelled wet. The shower head was loose on the wall, and there was no curtain to stop the water from splashing onto the floor and toilet. Once I went to have a shower and there was no cold water, only scalding hot. They advertise free parking but you have to pay 75000 IDR to get in the first time. The door didn't properly shut without the key turning the lock. Overall not very happy for the price paid. Wouldn't come back if I could help it.

The staff was nice and the food at the restaurant was also quite nice.

It was dirty, old, and decrepit. Not the staff's fault, it looked like it used to be nice but no internet, dirty room and the old facilities were not up to standard. Only three rooms were booked in whole place and they put us next to each other as well....

Big room. Hotel on the territory of national park, have to pay entrance fee, but can walk around any time.

The water pressure in shower very small. Have kettle but no have cup or glasses, and no coffee or anything. Can not say very good breakfast.

Great and beautiful garden and Tempel area are part of the hotel. Really quiet and relaxing.

We booked a deluxe room but it was nothing special. The bathroom was really old and partly not clean. One could not stand while having a shower, since the tube is just too short. On the booking website the hotel has a pool, but their pool was dirty and under renovation... so maybe it will be nice in 2 months or so...

Rats, mice droppings and mold. Do not recommend

It was very close to Tanah Lot but everything in the area closes by 7pm. Including restaurants, supermarkets. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had either rats or mice in the bedroom due to the number of droppings. We reported it, we moved rooms but the staff didn't seem bothered. The bathroom was moldy and smelt like sewage. This hotel seriously needs reviewing of heath and safety standards!

Exceptional

Perfect location if your goal is Tanah Lot Temple at your door step. Not a place I would stay for long term. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool is refreshing but sunbeds a bit worn out. Wifi works ok at all areas.

Not a complaint but whoever decides to stay here bear in mind it’s an old building therefore needs a bit of maintenance. It’s all very clean but furniture have that old look. Bathroom faucet is loose but no leakage. Everything worked well and bed was very comfortable.

Tanah lot hotel

The location is great,really great,just inside tanah lot area,you can visit it anytime,and as many time as you want.stayed there two nights,but late check in,so just one full night only.there is 24 reception desk,but that time i arrived only the security guide me to my room.my room is at upper floor and spacious,with bath tube , toiletries,aircon.,fridge,standing fan and TV.it is old but clean.the bathtube is clean but not nice in look,cuz with some stains,so not dare to soak into it,just take shower only.the water not very strong,but hot water is ok.TV is local channels only though not a big problem for me,but some channel pictures not clear.maybe signal problem?breakfast included,with some options,love its fruits bowl,full of fruits,i had omelette and bread,fruits bowl and coffee one day,the other day i had mie goreng,tea and fresh juice,mie goreng is delicious.there is a beautiful swimming pool,but no one use it,i had soaked into it one afternoon,nice experience.service is ok,offers airport transfer service.communication is smooth via booking.com.they have a restaurant,i had dinner one night,the taste not bad,price is ok in tourist place.also they have kecak dance every night at 6.30pm,the price is rp50000,nice performance,though it is a mini version,but worth the money.

No welcome drinks cuz i was late check in,even the next morning still not give me(unlike other place they did remember),and hope they can renew the bath tube.
