Owner had thought of everything that could possibly be expected for a budget holiday.
Room included a fridge stocked with proper milk, orange juice, croissants tea, coffee, biscuits etc. full availability for topup supplies. Ample space & storage, comfy bed.
Only downside being room has a do. Sofa & comfy chair but no ipright chair.

Location great 10 minute walk into Whitby,everything you needed was in room with some nice little touches
We was on top floor which I would not recommend for anyone with any sort of disability, I found it difficult (room 4)

The room was very clean with facilities for making tea/coffee etc. Their was a fan in the room. The shower and toilet were very clean. There was plenty of space for parking. We were greeted by the owner which gave a personnel feel to our holiday. If you required anything all you had to do was contact the owners and they were there straight away. Within walking distance of the centre of Whitby.
The room was on the top floor and very small and had wooden beams running through it, whereby you had to be careful not to hit your head on (failed). The toilet/shower room was very small. Being right on the main road it was noisy if you had the window open to allow air in, hence the fan, as you couldn't keep the window open at night due to cars still using the road during the night and waking us up.
