Clean and tidy, perfect location for Whitby.
The bed was really comfortable, tea and coffee facilities.
Self check in this is an unmanned guest house but Wendy was great in regards to communication.

The room was very clean and had the added bonus of tea making facilities. The hotel was quiet as was the area it was situated in.

A bit far out for us and struggled with the shower space and the fact it was at the side of the bed. The mattress protector made the bed very hot and we struggled with the pillows too so didn’t sleep too well, the owner was pleasant and helpful and the room was very clean just not our cup of tea !
