It would be a nice facility if rules were respected

Nice facility, well kept. Pool is big and gym small but with enough equipment to get a decent workout

Despite the sign by every table saying that it is not allowed to reserve sunbeds by the pool all of them were reserved with towels since the very early morning. Staff do not care at all even if I asked them to make people follow the rule but I was just ignored. In one entire week me and my boyfriend never got to enjoy the pool. Overcrowded with families and screaming kids.

Perfect Family-Friendly Stay with Outstanding Service and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a family with children and would happily return. The staff were exceptionally friendly, patient, and welcoming to our kids, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options, including choices that our children loved, making it a perfect start to each day. The location is ideal for families — close to major attractions and easy to get around, which made our trips with the kids very convenient. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities that made our family stay comfortable and relaxing. Overall, a fantastic family-friendly experience thanks to the amazing team, great food, superb location, and top-quality amenities. Highly recommended for families traveling with children!

The hotel was comfortable - the rooms a good size - the pool area was great and good for families - good location to walk both towards the beach to pick up the boats, night market and the other way for more shopping, bars and restaurants

Lovely staff doing the best they can with a very old property.

Handy location for the Ao Nang night market.

Very tired property, needs serious investment. Small area for the pool, very difficult to get a very old plastic sun bed. The bed was hard and the bathroom fixtures and fittings were all old and the metal finish was peeling off. Pool towels were a mix of new and so old they would be used in a dog basket at home.

One star for room but five star for hotel staff

I would give the reception manager (Oom)and cleaning crew a five-star rating. However, I would deduct one star for the room. The odour is caused by sewage and drain water from the toilet exhaust pipes. The exhaust system activates when the toilet lights are turned on, which is an unhygienic situation. We had no alternative accommodation during our December peak period as all hotels were booked out. Despite this, I am rating the hotel highly for the efforts of the staff who went above and beyond to assist. The owners and senior management are not taking any action to address the issue.

One of the best in Ao Nang

It’s on a lively street, close to the pier and the night market. The staffs are amazing, the rooms are so comfy, the own starbucks cafe is unique. The breakfast couldnt be more fantastic.

Overall we are happy with our 8 days stay

It was clean with nice rooms and the staff was very friendly. The location was great with many restaurants nearby and it was just a 3 minutes walk to the boats to Railay beach.

The sun-beds by the pool were not the ones in the pictures and did not upheld the expected standard and the pool had a high level of klor which colored our swimwear, but despite that we liked the pool area and spent a lot of time there.

Reception staff were polite and friendly, also the grooms were very helpful.

I didn’t like the room they initially provided for us. It smelled very bad, was full of humidity, and the view was disappointing for the amount we paid. After we complained, they changed the room, but the service was very poor. Overall, I think the hotel is not worth the price.

Great place and friendly wtaff

The staff were just remarkable. They went above and beyond to help us and were just so polite. The room was lovely. It was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was awesome. There were lots of choices. The pool was large and really nice. Plenty of sun loungers and free use of towels. The location was a short walk from plenty of bars and restaurants. We would certainly stay there again.

There was a nice pond near the restaurant with fish in it. This needed cleaning as there was an unpleasant stagnant smell coming from it. Cannabis is legal in Thailand. Although the hotel does not allow smoking in the rooms there were ashtrays on the balconies. Sadly some guests were smoking weed during the day and this made it uncomfortable for us to sit on the balcony and relax. The pool was lovely but appeared unsupervised. Guests were drinking out of glass bottles of beer that they bought from the local shop even though there were signs that didn't allow food or drink from outside to be consumed. Kids were running up the slides and behaving in a way that could be dangerous. It was difficult to relax when there were loads of unsupervised kids running about and screaming.

Good location

Rooms and bedding were all damp and stunk of foist we asked for the bedding to changed but they replaced it with even wetter bedding so our stay was not enjoyable as we all stunk when we left the place

The pictures do not match what was shown on the booking site. The breakfast was poor, and the cleanliness was unacceptable; I do not recommend this place for future visits. Additionally, the facilities were not in good condition and seemed damaged, which is disappointing for a supposed four-star hotel that should have better maintenance. I also experienced issues with the air conditioning, which was not working for three hours during my stay.

Fine for a short stay, has everything you need and great eating places nearby

I liked that they gave us an extra bed for our 10 year old complimentary and the friendliness of staff especially at check in counter.

A wonderful comfortable stay with helpful staff.

Great location Wonderful breakfast options, such a huge variety to choose from! Room service also had great food. Kitchen was lovely in preparing a dessert with ‘happy birthday’ for one of our friends’ birthday. The spa was amazing, so relaxing and for a great price. The pool was really fun too!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great location and fantastic facilities for children

We loved the room with pool access. Great for our one-year old baby. It also had a small balcony which great for evenings. The play room for children was fantastic and the team really looked after our son for those 30 minutes we needed some time for ourselves.

Pool is good & so is the pool bar. Wifi was good, room was good but view from balcony was okay ish.

Breakfast was not good as it was repetitive with same items everyday & negligible Indian food. They kept one Dal everyday in breakfast. First thing is we Indians eat dal only in lunch & dinner & we eat is with wheat roti not white flour chilled naan!! Their travel desk is also not good as it's expensive compared to what is available across the road. Their check in time is 3pm which is laughable & our rooms were not ready at 3:30pm & got 1 room first.

Staffs are very helpful, polite, and professional. The chef who cooked omelette at the breakfast time was smile and friendly no matter the weather is so hot and too much order.

The room smelled musty and the equipment such as the faucet and the lamp broke when I first moved in. I had to call a repairman, but he came quickly and fixed it.

Great location, nearby restaurants and 7-11. it's only my 2nd time staying here and the staff already recognized us. breakfast always great with a lot of options. pool bar is great too. quite close to Landmark night market and easy to get transportation to anywhere around Room is spacious, very clean and bed is so comfortable

This was one of our nicer hotels we booked and I was disappointed. Hotel was nice but expensive and overpriced compared

The property was in a good location plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with any issues we had.

The beach was about a 10/15 minute walk and then you have to get a long tail boat to a nice beach you can actually sit on. Ao nang beach is pretty much a taxi rank for long tail boats. If you are a family looking for a beach nearby I’d look elsewhere for a hotel. The room was booked for 2 adults 2 children, the two double beds were not big enough to accommodate this, the room was also dirty along with hallways. The staff switched our rooms at no extra cost and the next room was clean and more spacious.
