The shower was not always hot and the pressure was low on the top floor

Jasper and security was superb. My daughter was running the Cape Town Maraton and needed a place to shower before we returned to the airport. He very generously allowed us a late checkout so as to enable her to shower. Security were equally helpful and warm. A lovely experience from start to finish.

Spacious rooms. Brilliant and accomodating staff. Walking distance to the stadium.
Check out is a bit early (10am), and breakfast was the same everyday
