Delightful Seafront Apartment with Seaviews

Perfect seafront location with great views. The reception staff were friendly and attentive and the apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Highly recommend

It was ok , feel the property didn’t match what was advertised

Was on the seafront , roomy

Wasn’t cleaned to a high standard , front door didn’t feel safe , was quite damaged. Could hear the apartment above Stripped beds at end of stay to help the housekeeper and found there to be dried stains on the mattress topper Cups were big enough to have a proper brew in the morning

Great location but nearly £200 a night for a property of this standard is far too expensive

Excellent location

Kitchen utensils & equipment was not clean. Everything needed to be scrubbed before it was used. Blinds in bedrooms & living room very temperamental. Ignition on hobs did not work

Is good for a weekend stay due to seafront property but could do with sprucing up as a bit tired

Location and parking facility

Was a bit tired, no tea towel, couldn’t open most windows to let a bit of air in as it was hot. Broken toilet roll holder and rusty bath along edge. Could have done with a way of 2 separate couples staying in apartment having individual access such as 2 sets of keys or digital access pad. New carpet in lounge though.

Stunning views. I miss it already!

We stayed in “Pier View” The apartment was amazing! It’s was huge! lovely decor. Comfy beds, reclining sofas. The apartment was right on the sea front, next to the pier, Wetherspoons and all the restaurants. Perfect location. We had our own key and access to the room at all times. Parking was a bonus. And the views were exceptional!!

Perfect location and parking which was safe and gated.

No welcome basket like we have had at other properties and local shops were closed so could not access tea/coffee/milk which was disappointing

Paid good money but was let down, shame.

Well equipped with plenty of room. Car could be parked safely.

Bathroom, shower. Shower tiles were filthy, grouting needed scrubbed.Shower head broken , temperature stayed hot could not be adjusted, this was reported. Vent in ceiling was filthy. Cleaning badly let Flat down 😞☹️

Home from home with luxury

Absolutely wonderful stay, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we won't ever stay anywhere else when we stay in Weston. The staff are just so lovely and welcoming in Smiths even knocking on our door to see if we needed anything when my son was unwell. The view incredible and the apartment just spotless and homely.

This was a pleasant stay but wouldn’t come back

The location was fantastic and the apartment had everything you needed in terms of facilities.

The bed was very uncomfortable, new mattress is definitely needed and the apartment is in need of decorating.

Property could be lovely but……

Pier View needed a good clean, lots of dust and mould, bathroom had cracked sink, cracked floor tiles and toilet roll holder falling off the wall. Also none of the blinds worked properly so couldn’t block out the street lights in either bedroom. Also the car park is so small we couldn’t get into our parking space at all!

On the whole a great place to stay just needs a bit of attention.

Location was perfect. Close to amenities. Private parking was perfect. Beds comfy and clean.

Could not open windows as locked and no key. Blinds didn’t open/ close properly. Window ledges inside were dirty. Toaster had crumbs in it still. Second bathroom would have been better with a toilet not a shower. General repair, seemed a bit unloved, a shame as everything you would want was there.

The space ,the modern feel

It was too hot was unsure how to change heating . We were here the night of our wedding , I did make the company aware of this special occasion, a little extra bottle of fizz or something would have been nice.

Awful

Shower was scalding hot, the fridge did not work and the toilet continued flushing after use..and the anti slip bath mat was a joke. I registered my complaint in the morning at reception and was then told to email it in, which I did 2 weeks ago and after one phone call to them about this a week ago when I was told that they would sort it out immediately I have heard nothing..£117 per night? Rip off

Beach race weekend

Great location , beautiful period building.

Property is very tired and badly needs upgrading especially as title states mansions and smiths advertising on it states 4 star upgrade accommodation is available. Broken tiles all over bathroom floor , kitchen tiles moving. Adjoining lounge carpet needs renewed door lock broke no outside seating as doorway is within restaurant grounds could easily be sectioned off to allow the feeling of detachment from restaurant beer garden . A struggle to get air in front room as we could only just manage to open one window with a great deal of force and we are all builders. @ £700 for 2 nights we feel we were really let down with the overall condition of this property. Which is a shame as I said location excellent and building itself is a top period building and hopefully the owners take my constructive criticism and do the building a bit of justice. I own a similar building ( home with a view Moffat) and encourage the owners to take a look at this also advertised on booking.com . To see exactly what this old girl could be.

Some people do not respect reserved parking, twice we returned to find somebody had parked in our space. As parking is sparse this was a problem
