Units are well appointed with particularly good kitchen and nice large living space. Bed was very comfortable.

Lifts are a bit slow, but on holiday so who really cares!

Getting to property after hours, was hard to hear other person over the intercom, had to pay if you wanted wifi

The property location was excellent, across the street from the beach, and only 75 metres from the light rail station. Our building had an excellent view of the building next door. The unit was excellent, quite spacious, with all modern amenities. The beds were vey comfortable.

Communication from the property was minimal and poor. Even though we advised that we be arriving late on a Sunday afternoon, there was NO correspondence regarding check-in arrangements! Someone finally heard us and provided us with our key. To access the "free" Wifi, you have to 'download the app', and join the hotel's exclusive club just to find the Wifi details! The trend is these days, the property doesn't pay their cleaners to clean! The 'guests' have to clean themselves, or they will be charged a extra cleaning fee! The sign says "Smoking is allowed on balconies if doors and windows are closed". So, you may smoke on your balcony, as long as your smoke only drifts into your neighbours unit, which is what happened to us!

The apartment was big, clean and the sea views being on the corner were outstanding.

We couldn't close the balcony door because of the rust in the locks. The balcony is tiny. The bathrooms whilst a good size, the showers were built for someone very small. The kitchen was a good size, but absolutely minimalistic in terms of cookware, appliances etc. No cushions on the lounges. Foxtell had been removed and not replaced. Apartment was fine, just needed some money reinvested into the property, particularly the bathrooms.
