From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who made us feel very welcome. Once we got up to our room we were blown away by the size and the incredible view. The parking was very convenient and the facilities were fantastic. The building also felt very secure and safe.
The reception closed early which meant we weren’t able to hire tennis racquets when we got home for the evening. We will bring our own next time now that we know this.

the property is central to public transport and walking distance to main shopping area
there were alot of hoon drivers at night revving cars and doing burn outs all night mainly on Friday and Saturday so it made sleeping difficult admittedly the facilty has no control over this factor

Location was exceptional- we had an apartment with ocean views Good service- there was an issue with the hot water tank in our room 2 nights into our stay, but staff were able to allocate as another apartment with ocean view room for the remainder of our stay.
The main bedroom in the send apartment we got changed to, whilst it was clean, it unfortunately had a urine odour.
