    Great location walking distance to trams and buses. Very spacious apartment with cooking facilities. Kids loved the pool!

    This place was terrible. Aircon was broken, rotten cupboards, leaking bathroom, no underlay on an old mattress, sliding screen doors are broken and will not lock. Managing agent refused to refund me- avoid at all costs as it will ruin your holiday. Only positive was a great location!

    I had an extremely disappointing stay at this property. The rooms and bathrooms smelled awful, as did the furniture, which made it very unpleasant to be inside. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning in the bedroom, which made sleeping nearly impossible. The cleanliness was appalling. Dirty towels were provided, and the shower head was broken, making it very inconvenient to use the bathroom. Additionally, there were no basic amenities like dishwashing or laundry cleaner, which was very frustrating. Safety was a major concern. The lock on the entry door was broken, and the balcony sliding doors had no locks at all, leaving me feeling very insecure throughout my stay. To top it off, the reception was closed the entire time, so there was no one available to address these issues or offer any help. I would not recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise against staying here. It was a terrible experience from start to finish.
