I was a little worried after seeing the reviews but we had a great time! Apartment had everything we needed (apart from hairdryer but this was fixed after 1 phone call). The downside was the main bedroom had nowhere to put clothes really, q coat hanger and no shelves-very limited storage space as wardrobe was locked. Also, the walls in my kids bedroom had done random stains at eye level (looked like a fluid stain) so I felt like I needed to clean the stains away which came off easily so they were obviously new…everything else was good

We loved our stay here, beautiful views from our apartment. It is a bit of an older place and it looked a little run down but when we got in our room it was lovely. The apartment has been renovated quite recently and has been done well. The location is great, near public transport and the heart of everything you want. Plus the views of the ocean are stunning.

Stayed on the 30th floor facing the sea. Absolutely breathtaking!!! Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds!

Apartment 26B. Marks all over walls. Needs painting. Carpet frayed. 1970s kitchen. Fridge has broken shelves. Not enough plates. No lamps in the living toom. If yiu want light you have to use super bright overhead lights. We used the kitchen light as ambient lighting. Basic cheap furniture. Very uncomfortable. Ceiling fan top speed is 1 revolution per minute. Main bed is too soft. We got sore backs. One bedside lamp. No blackout drapes. You get up when the sun rises at 5.30. One towel rail in ensuite. No hooks. Broken fixtures. My son and wife were bitten by something so there may be bedbugs or fleas. All in all the owner of the apartment doesn't give a shit about their guests or their comfort. They want your money and they don't want to spend any of it on upkeep. The view was good but we won't be staying here again. Breakfree Acapulco a few hundred metres to the south is far superior.
