Location and the unit.
The check in process was a nightmare. You pick up the keys in a different spot. The car park allocation was worse. We were given a car park that is not available. My husband has to spend 2hrs to sort out the car park. Our check in is supposed to be 3 pm but when we arrive at 3:30pm, the cleaner is still there, what a mess ! and didn't finish until 4 pm.Cleaner told us that she doesn't know that there's a guest coming at 3 pm , She was not being told.( The reception is aware that we have arrived in the Gold Coast at 12pm, waiting for our check in time.. I would not recommend it.
