Expensive for what you really get.

The location was perfect for where we needed to be.

The vending machines didn’t accept cards. The bed was hard and the room felt outdated and below standard for the price we paid.

Desayuno esta sufuciente por el concepto del Hotel, Ubicada cierca de los parques industiral que es bueno.

Como me toco una habitacion pegada al pereferico todo la noche se escucha el ruido de los trailers.

Pésima experiencia.

La ubicación

Las habitaciones muy sucias, mal olor y había una cucaracha en el baño. Huelen a patas y humedad. Necesitábamos una toalla extra y nadie nos contestaba ni operadora, ni room service ni nadie. Luego en la mañana, a las 8am cuando seguíamos dormidos nos fueron a despertar y a tocar, incluso intentaron abrir la puerta. Pésima experiencia, teníamos muchos años alojándonos aquí, pero creo que lo han dejado caer mucho.

no hay nada, en el cuarto solo había una pequeña pero muy pequeña botella de agua éramos 2 personas, vendieron l pasta de dientes (se me había olvidado) y la que adquirí es una grosería

Aseo y servicio del personal en general, increíble. El proceso de check in y check out muy ágiles. Las opciones del desayuno fueron excelentes, aunque recomiendo ampliar más la variedad de opciones entre días.

Recomendaría que las personas responsables de atender el acceso (pluma) del acceso vehícular estén más atentas, para evitar demoras o tiempos de espera innecesarios para el automovilista

Buena experiencia

La ubicación. A pesar de ser un.hotel sobre carretera y mucho ruido afuera, es un hotel silencio en donde se puede descansar Tiene calefacción en la habitación lo cual se agradece mucho porque en las noches baja la temperatura

Solo recomendaría que estuvieran más pendientes de que en el desayuno siempre esté disponibles todos los alimentos Cuando fui a desayunar alrededor de las 9:00 am ya no habia pan, ni fruta... y cuando termine de desayunar no habia jugo ni huevo y no volvieron a resurtir
