Nice spa. Good location.
My shower was broken for the last 3 days. The hotel did not fix it for me. I had to shower in the spa.
The hotel was mostly empty. Nevertheless they still put me in a room with no window/view and oddly slanting ceilings where it was almost impossible not to bash my head on a daily basis.
The room did not have individual thermostat control so it was always too hot.
Did not allow me to check-out even one hour later claiming the hotel had a huge turnover but of course the hotel could have arranged for cleaners to circle back to my room last. After paying so much money and have my shower not fixed that was very disappointing. Not sure I'd go back there unless I had no other option.

Walking distance to the Zillertal Bahn station were the bus goes to the ski lifts.
The room was clean and it was quiet in the evening. I liked the saunas which were open 2 out of the 3 days I was there. I really liked all the sweet breads at the breakfast buffet.
The matras of the bed was a bit hard for my liking. There was no water kettle in the room to make tea in the evening.

The sauna facilities were excellent, well above expectations.
Breakfast too late served at 7.30 I had to leave at 7am..
