Small noisy rooms but food and location are great

Location was good: to the ski slope by car/busstop next door or 20min by foot. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and very friendly staff! Good wines. Shower water was always hot.

The room was rather small and basic. I requested a 'double room' (with king bed and sofa bed) but we got a 'double room with balcony' (with only a queen bed) since there was e 'free room upgrade for Genius'. We did not complain since there were only two of us but I would have loved the bigger room.. We had a room on the third floor next to the cleaning room. Although the cleaning lady did her best to be quiet, we always woke up at 06:30 because of the noise

Great hotel for an overnight stop

Spacious rooms, beds comfy, rain head shower was exactly what I wanted and really attentive staff. The evening menu for food was good and prepared freshly and to our asking. Breakfast selection was varied and good quality.

The church bell next door but can’t really help that.

The rooms were very clean and nice, with a view to the mountains. The location is perfect as a starting point to trips and in general. The staff was really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is rich, fresh and tasty and the guy who runs the dining room is amazingly friendly. And as an extra bonus, the manager looks like Eddie Vedder 😁

Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Auswahl zwischen 2 Menüs für das Abendessen. Skikeller hinter dem Haus.

WLan ist recht schwach. Ein wenig mehr Investion in die IT wäre da ratsam.

Schöner Kurzurlaub zum Skifahren in der Zillertal Arena

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das trifft von der Rezeption, über das Restaurant bis zur Bar auf alle zu. Mit der Qualität des Abendessens (HP) waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wenn mal wollte konnte man beim Abendessen auch ein en Nachschlag erhalten. Die Weinauswahl und Weinpreise im Restaurant sind ebenfalls in Ordnung. Abends war die Bar immer recht gut besucht, es wurde nie langweilig. Wir waren zum Skifahren im Januar dort. Es gibt einen großen Skiraum. Die Skibushaltestelle ist schräg gegenüber vom Hotel in ca. 150 m zu erreichen.

Die Zimmergröße ist schon recht klein. Beim Frühstück hätte das Buffet öfter und schneller nachgefüllt werden können. Die Kaffeeautomaten könnten nach meiner Ansicht besser eingestellt werden. Bei einem Automaten (Jura Maschine) kam zuviel Flüßigkeit für die bereitgestellten Tassen und beim anderen Automaten war Kaffee zu stark.

Fijne plek.

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging is ideaal en de parkeerplaatsen zijn uitstekend.

Het eten was heerlijk alleen niet voor kinderen. Kinderen willen toch af en toe gewoon een stukje kip, gebakken aardappeltjes of een stukje pizza. Dat was er helaas niet. De prijs van de kamers is niet te verantwoorden. Dit is echt veel te hoog voor wat je krijgt.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus aber ca 250m entfernt zu einem sehr günstigen Tagestarif.

Ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, so dass die Seitentäler des Zillertals mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen sind. Besonders hat mir die Freundlichkeit der Mirarbeiter gefallen sowie das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück.

Durch die zentrale Lage ist die Lärmbelästigung durch Auto- und vor allem Motorradverkehr nicht zu unterschätzen. Mit der Gästekarte kann nur der ÖPNV im Gerlostal kostenlos benutzt werden.
