Ivana was incredibly patient, kind, and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The hotel itself is amazing. Our room was spacious and immaculate. The staff was always attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Ivana was also a great resource, offering excellent recommendations for places to visit in the area. absolutely everything! Beautiful architecture and design- clean and timeless ambience. Amazing big healthy breakfast . the views are beautiful big screen windows everywhere! nature just comes in! room was huge beautifully designed- all high end top quality- from linens to wooden chairs and comfy sofa and the bed! huge windows amazing balcony. staff was so nice calm and helpful. very sad to leave after few amazing days! Top Stay highly recommended by far!

Amazing place

Our stay in this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We spent there the New Year and also our anniversary, and we couldn't have done better! This place has everything, rooms are perfect, modern, spacious, with amazing views. Tha spa area is also perfect and the breakfasts are delicious and rich. The whole hotel area is really quiet and perfect designed. It's really close to Zillertal Arena (1 minute by car) which is perfect if you want to ski. Owners and the whole staff are super nice and helpfull! We have certainly not been here for the last time.

This hotel is very special it's a dream place. All the details make you relaxing and happy. We had a wonderful room with amazing views on the mountains. From the bed I just don't want to close the window because of the view. The bedroom is great I slept like a baby. My mind got so empty and relaxing. Finally we didn't wanted to watch anything on the TV or phone. It's a paradise!

Wonderful views, incredible rooms, great value!

Great value for money, we stayed in the deluxe suite and views were exceptional. Room was huge, bathroom and living area looked brand new, decorated to perfection. Facilities are incredible, gym space, pool and yoga room, plus sauna, all there for you to use. We loved that. Hostess was lovely and helpful and clearly wanted you to have a nice stay. Check in was easy, parking easy, location great for walking into the nearby town and visiting surrounding areas. Any staff we encountered were lovely. It felt like we had the place to ourself!

As a ‘wellness’ place, I expected more vegan options for breakfast which could be improved. The pillows I found very uncomfortable personally. Would be nice to have a staff member more easily available for questions throughout your stay. A kettle in the room would have been much appreciated. These are small things though, would recommend this place for sure!

Everything is super, gorgeous view from the room, amazing breakfasts (especially the fruit platter), very good spa.

The shower really lacks a door, you can accidentally pour water all over the room if you turn unfortunate. I was also disturbed by the loud clicking sound that the bathroom floor made (probably because the wooden floor gets water from the shower, and the wood reacts that way). I often woke up at night because of it. Otherwise everything was fine.

Lovely modern hotel, very well decorated in a scandinavian spirit. Good breakfast. Some of the rooms and the restaurant have amazingly beautiful views.

Most of the rooms, even the expensive ones, have their view and balconies overlooking the cars in the parking lot and the road. When you ask specifically for a room with calm and a nice view they answer « we will try to fulfill your wishes », inducing you to confirm your booking before the cancellation delay. And when you complain upon arrival, you are told that you have booked *only* for three nights and that they were obliged to give the nicest rooms to people who booked last minute but for a longer stay. Therefore, not only the view isn’t great at all, but in order to have some privacy you need to use the mesh shade on the windows, and live in semi-obscurity even during daytime. The lights in the rooms, as some other commentators have said, can only be used in a grouped and bizarre way, almost either all/or none. The devices to use them are very complicated, and for instance to use the bedside lamps, you need to understand that all the other lights must be put off first. Or, you cannot light up only the bathroom lights, for instance. One commentator has said that he felt kind of harassed by the owners and the staff. It is a bit of an exaggeration, but I understand what he meant. For instance, they are no coffee machines in the rooms, but there is one that can be used by the guests in the breakfast room. The breakfast starts at 7:30, which is nice. But the whole owner-family and staff have their own breakfast at 7:30. So when you come down in a bathrobe at 7:30 just to make yourself a coffee, not only are you greeted by this large table full of people just next to the coffee machine, all primed up and preppy, but when you wished you hadn’t come and just want to disappear, you are met with a heavy and insistant helpfulness that makes the situation even more awkward. You feel, at the same time, that you are disturbing them, and that on the other hand their offer of help is intruding and over the top. Everyone looks overwhelmed and stressed. I felt uncomfortable

The most relaxing and sporty vacation with the cozy feel of your home.

We spent two weeks of vacation at the Zelloon. We carefully chose it because we wanted a spacious room, a new and modern hotel with natural and sustainable design, furnishings and materials. The Samina bed was a pleasant discovery! We hadn't slept like that in a long time, the room was large with thoughtful spaces and tasteful, designer furnishings. The balcony for relaxing with a view of the mountains and greenery, the large and spacious closets and drawers, the Comfort Zone bath products, the very soft sponges, and the refined fabrics. Nothing was missing. Every morning a healthy and balanced breakfast with fresh fruit, different types of bread and freshly baked brioches, cheeses and cold cuts, homemade jams, juices, coffee all was excellent. We enjoyed the saunas, steam room, gym, relaxation area and pool after hiking or biking days. We felt at home welcomed by the family and Ivana's smile always ready to suggest places to visit, excursions to try. On the fist floor, there is the medical division where we had several treatments. Not to miss Jacob with his rejuvenating deep treatment. The location allows you to be downtown or at the cable cars in five minutes. Parking is free and covered.

To best complete the offer, we are waiting for the restaurant to open for dinner or lunch.

One of the best!

everything! amazing interior, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed, amazing heated pool! our room also had a mountain view, overlooking the green field & passing by trains. really nice! location was also perfect. we enjoyed the area a lot, from the nearby cable car to a quick ride to Mayrhofen, to visit Ahorn.

this is one of, if not the best styled hotel I’ve ever stayed in. the staff are fantastic. the rooms are great, I can’t stress that enough. the bed is at an angle with a melatonin light to help you sleep. breakfast is ace but don’t expect sausages
