Amazing place, great staff!

Everybody was so welcoming and kind. Specially Anton and Anika were super great and helpful! I can't thank them enough. I have gluten intolerance and they were absoultely great finding some alternatives for me. The food was amazing. Anton was so kind to give us an exceptional room, it was beyond our expectations. The beds were super comfy. Pool was amazing. We had a lovely time! Thinking about coming again soon.

some of the staff is treating clients selective, criterias not clear: 1. one waiter raised the voice and did not let us speak and finish sentences 2. the cleaner left the cleaning products in the room, did not throw the garbage, did not refresh showe gel and floor towels for two days in a row 3. another waiter criticized our country in our face while serving dinner

Great environment and decoration, great spa area and the staff was always super attentive and nice. We absolutely loved the restaurant.

Fantastic hotel that redefined alpine luxury for me. Beautiful rooms, fantastic spa area and friendly staff. The breakfast and evening menu were really good (eventhough the gastronomic restaurant, Heleni, was closed). I am definitely coming back.

Cleanness, hospitality, view, design

1/ breakfast variations are minimal, need to include during seasons kosher and halal meet options. 2/ Spa and massage reservation was difficult during stay which give show no priority for house guests to book and enjoy. That was fully booked for the whole staying time. 3/ no coffee or coffee machine in the room, which is strange for 5 stars hotel, 4/ Air condition is not working well in comparison with other Austrian hotels, central control even there is control pad in room but it is totally useless.

Traumhaftes Spa-Hotel mit Potenzial

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Toller Check-In Service, sehr schöner Spa-Bereich und tolle Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Alle Bereiche sind extrem gepflegt und das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Zum Skilift kommt man am besten mit dem Auto, da der lolake Bus sehr ausgelastet ist. 5 Sterne durch und durch.

Eher enttäuschend war leider das Abendessen. Wir hatten zu Neujahr ein Gala Dinner, allerdings für ein 5 Sterne Hotel selten so mittelmässig gegessen. Leider war fast jede Speise kalt und auch geschmacklich kein Highlight. Der Service zu Tisch war leider ebenfalls enttäuschend und nach dem wir unser Feedback gegeben haben, wurden wir vom Bar-Personal anders behandelt. Der Service ist leider nicht den Preis wert gewesen, sehr schade.
