amazing hotel for an amazing mountain getaway

beautiful views, very relaxed atmosphere. a fridge with drinks that you can help yourself to and pay at the end was so simple but such a nice touch, considering there aren't any kiosks nearby. was lovely sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine, watching the sun set behind the mountains. also very friendly and thoughtful staff, even at a buffet breakfast we got great service. the food was bio and regional, which is also a big plus.

Pleasant stay

Check-in was easy - as we arrived late in the evening, the instructions provided were clear. The room was large and well lit. Everything was spotless (including the bathroom). The shower pressure was great. We enjoyed having access to a balcony. The breakfast was good, with a nice range of options. The location is good for visiting Berchtesgaden National Park, you're 10 minutes from Konigsee and 10 minutes from Ramsau.

We did not feel that the breakfast was worth 15 EUR per person per day, so only ate it once out of the three days that we stayed.

Great location

The location of the hotel is on a very nice spot, it offers many beautiful views from the terrace. The hotel is also very close in walking distance to many restaurants in town. Breakfasts were great.

Loved the view

Location was beautiful with an amazing view. The staff were very friendly and always met you with a smile. We slept well and it was quiet. Breakfast was also good and plenty of selection to chose from.

The beds were a bit hard and perhaps in need of an update but we still slept quite well.

This was a beautiful and convenient place to stay when visiting Konigsee!

The room was comfortable and there was a balcony with an amazing view. It was close to a bus stop to get down to Konigsee, the lake we had come to explore. The staff were very helpful in letting us check in a little early when we arrved and store our luggage until we were ready to leave.

I am not a fan of European bedding, individual duvets that always seem to be too hot in the summer (and there was a heat wave when we were there). But that is standard for German hotels and homes, so I cannot blame the hotel for doing what is the customary practice.

Awesome

The checkin was seamless. We got the code for our room along with the key. We were able to get our key from the mailbox, and go directly at our room. No hassle of going to counters and looking for check-ins. At check out we handed the key over to the staff, whom understood English. The new outside was also AMAZING. You can see a wide view of the mountains and the road up ahead. Bonus tip! Look for the "sign" on the trees around the bus station. You will know what I am talking about when you see it. It should also be on google maps.

The view was incredible. room had a small kitchen in it. There was a bus station nearby connecting to both berchtesgaden and to koenigsee/jedderbahn. Lots of paths to walk around the jotel itself. Quiet at night.

Die Abtrenung bzw.die Trennwand passt gut ins Zimmer.Die Lage und Aussicht war hervorragend,Mann könnte auch mit dem Bus fahren.

Am meisten hat mir das Ur-gemütliche, natürliche und heimatliche Ambiente gefallen. Liebevolle gestaltete Einrichtung ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Das Personal ist nicht nur freundlich, sondern erfüllt auch sämtliche Wünsche der Gäste - so genial (und leider heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich - dafür ganz viele Sterne zusätzlich!!)

Konum olarak çok iyidi, hem yakında durak vardı hem de isteyen yarım saat kırk dakikaya Königsee‘ ye ulaşabilecek uzaklıktaydı. Çalisanlar iyidi ve çok yardımseverdi. Biz çıkış yapacağımız gün valizimizi bırakıp gezmek için rica etmiştik ve sagolsunlar bizi kirmadilar. Manzarası mükemmeldi, manzarası direk daglara bakiyordu harikaydı. Bir daha gidip kalmak isterdim 🌸🫶❤️

Sadece oda biraz küçüktü ama bizim için amaç geceyi bir yerde geçirmekti ve oda da bu ihtiyacımızı fazlasıyla karşıladı.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, aber vor alles Dingen ungemein praktisch eingerichtet. Selten hatte ich ein Zimmer mit so viel Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung und Badartikel. Vom Balkon hatte wir eine herrliche Aussicht über das ganz Tal. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Die Lage ist zentral und lädt für Spaziergänge ein. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Frühstücksbuffet, schöne Aussicht in die beeindruckende Bergwelt (mit kleinem Watzmann Gipfel), gemütliches Zimmer mit Balkon und Stühlen auf Balkon, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Kühlschrank mit Getränken im Treppenhaus und damit Möglichkeit, kleinere Lebensmittel zu kühlen.

Parkplatz beengt, aufgrund der Hanglage. Dennoch ausreichend.
