Hotel Tre Små Rum

Very good location next to bars, food, cafes, you'll be staying in the heart of a really nice area. Included breakfast is simple but everything you need to set you up for the day and will save you money. The staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean, wifi works, there's luggage storage (no lockers).

Our room was quite hot but the fan didn't work, we just couldn't turn it on. Opening a window isn't really an option as it's street ground level. Also, would be good to get enter instructions sooner rather than right before our check in time but that's minor and the host was really responsive and helpful when we contacted them.

Perfect position, 5 mins walking to both metro and train station. Rooms are very small but comfortable and cozy. 7 rooms and 3 shared bathrooms, so It Is really rare to find all of them busy at the same time. Moreover, bathrooms were Always super super clean, with towels Always available. Great breakfast with almost anything you might Need. Rooms are underground but with a small Window, so it's not annoying at all. A very special Place. The lady in charge for all services didn't speak a Word of English but was Always very kind and available, a sweet smile to start the day

The shower gel looked added with water so almost useless, it's a really silly detail which would do a lot of improved.

Breakfast was really good: had ham, sausage, fresh warm bread, around 7 jams, 5 types of sill, lots of granola, several yogurts, cheese, perfectly boiled eggs. It's tasty and enough. The staff constantly filled the food and we had all options of served food even though we came around 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast time. Beds are very comfortable and room is beautiful. There are 3 toilets, so 1 toilet is approximately for two rooms. Felt like we had our own toilet, it was close to the room and if this was taken, we would take another one and there was no problem with that. They have a room to leave your luggage, so if you leave late you can store your baggage in that space. It doesn't lock, it is made out of a storage room, but very clever, convenient and still safe. Rarely hotel gives two keys, but this one did- convenient. The place of the hotel is amazing- close to metro stops, shops and eating places. When arrived got several messages about the common things: is tap water drinkable, about breakfast, public transport stops near by. Appreciated that a lot, made things easier!!

The only thing I did not noticed in photos is that it's not ground floor but like an half floor since the windows are at the very top of the room and you can see legs of people walking the street. It's not a problem since there are curtains and we didn't have to open the window because air flow system is done nicely and it was always fresh and comfortably cool in the room.
