    We came with a group of three, so we requested an extra bed which is of nice quality. The stay was comfortable and convenient. The facilities are amazing, the gym and sauna are the best. Highly recommend.

    We were warmly welcomed by staff at the front desk who kindly offered us complimentary breakfast and club lounge access for our stay. Although our room was on the smaller end, it was pristine and recently renovated. Excellent gym facilities and breakfast. Overall great experience and value for money.

    I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the back street was noisy at night, specifically motorcycles.

    We booked a family room for 2 nights and it was terrible experience especially a big brand Sheraton and Marriott Bonvoy . Location is close to central railway station and easy to find. Hotel was under renovation and entry is very cramped and narrow and feels unsafe. Front desk is on makeshift narrow space and hardly there is space for standing and long queue of customers to check in. I don’t understand why should they start receiving bookings and guests and when front office is even not ready. Rooms are very small and around bed not much space to put your luggage and move around. Bathrooms are also very small with little space do standing and it’s like open area in the room as water and other sounds from bathroom are directly heard in the room, so not much privacy. I don’t recommend it as value for money is compromised.
