    It was a clean and comfortable bed but one bathroom for the whole floor was a big NO NO!! Plus if you have a late check in, no 24h reception.. you risk to spend the night outside if you can’t call to warn them; we stayed one hour outside for someone to answer the phone to let us in…

    The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and restocked immediately something ran low. It was clean. Only negative was our room was warm even with a fan.

    The good - Its not too far from the town centre ,train and bus stops . The bad- you are not allowed to use the kitchen till 11am and only up to 10pm.There is no staff around at night .The washing machine and dryer are to be paid for per wash and both appliances are situated in the mens shower room - not good for a women trust me . The beds have a mattress then a smaller mattress on top that moves through the night so you could end up on floor like i did . The rooms are stuffy so the fan has to be on all night and if on ossolating the clicks are bad for light sleepers . My room had a pipe from the shower room wall that ran above my bed and it sounded like critters scurrying through it at night . The male staff seemed angry all the time and like your inconveniencing them if you ask anything , the female staff seemed ok though . I stayed with my son for his birthday and it put a dampener on the holiday because neither slept good .
