Very pleasant

The hotel rooms have all that is needed for a pleasant stay: a comfortable bed, good lighting, blackout curtains, tea kettle, ironing board. Nicely decorated.

At night, the area around the hotel (near the railway station) is not too impressive. During the day it's nice and cheerful. Entrance from the street is via an elevator.

Clean and well maintained with a very good location. Perfect value for money and descent facilities.

There was not much information about the charges for getting the room before the check-in time. Only a small almost hidden document by the reception. No information on Booking.com and no information via email or private message. They only offered information about the parking spot arrangements.

OK for business visit

The room was decent, food was ok, the location was very convenient. On the first day there were apples in the lobby.

I did not immediately see the juice dispenser in the bar, and as I asked in english standing in front of the thing, afterwards I hear the 2 men working laughing and making jokes in french about me... I speak 4 languages. This was a shame for all the. efforts of other kind people of the staff. I am no fan of these open racks for your stuff instead of a wardrobe as I often stay for several days and need to live from my suitcase.

It was a comfortable and convenient stay. If I can come back to Luxembourg I would like to stay here again.

Best part is its location, so near to the train/bus station. The property is very clean. Room size is very good. Bathrooms are nicely done up. Keeping detox water and fruits in the lobby is a very thoughtful gesture. Daily housekeeping was done. It’s nice to come back to a clean room.

Enjoyed our stay, great place & love to go back

Amazing place to stay right at the heart of the city.5 mins walk from central train station. Hotel is surrounded by plenty of different sorts of restaurants and shops! Bus stops,tram stops all few minutes walk.

Very clean and nice. The room was specious. Bed was really comfy and big.We stayed in the rear block so it was very quiet.Staffs were very welcoming and helpful.Breakfast was good.Really enjoyed our stay at Park inn .

A great central location for a city stay

A comfortable room and very helpful staff.

An excellent breakfast and a comfortable room. It was great to be able to check in very early as our room was available, it started our stay very well.

As there is considerable redevelopment work ongoing around the hotel the direct environment is not very pleasant and it was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel (in the middle of the building site), a warning would have been appreciated. As it was a public holiday there was no work building taking place but it could potentially be quite noisy.

The rooms are relatively new, spacious and clean

The location, nearby the central station, late at night it feels dangerous given the type of people around the neighborhood. The breakfast has the bare minimum, no pies nor great selection of dishes.

Very enjoyable and would recommend to others

The breakfast was very good. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly.

I was never a fan of liquid soap. I understand why you don't give out the small bars of soap anymore (due to wastage) but I always wrap them up and bring them home. Perhaps staff could use them up in staff bathrooms or is there a health and safety issue with this?

Excellent facilities and location

The location was great, the facilities were modern and the size was much better than anything I have stayed in in France for a comparable price.

I did not like that they charged an extra 20 euros in case I used something in the bar or room. They say it will be credited back but it has not been credited back yet.

Overall, I had excellent impressions of the room and the city as a whole.

Good staff who are looking for a way out of problematic situations. Excellent spacious room, with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed, the view from the window is not the most beautiful, planes fly overhead. The rooms are very clean.

Air conditioning didn't work, cleaning staff was too intrusive

No acknowledgement

The staff were mostly friendly

The hotel had a problem with the air conditioner for the whole hotel. This has been going on for 2 weeks, however, at no point did any of the front desk staff acknowledge this. Instead we worked it out because we had a fan setup in our room and then we checked the reviews of the hotel and noticed the problem mentioned for the last two weeks. While we were there the temperatures during the day were around 30 degrees. The fan did not help much at all and we both had trouble sleeping. The location was very close to the main train station and an easy walk to the town centre. But it didn't feel the safest, especially at night.

Great value great location

Excellent location - free bus from airport drops off 1-2 minute walk from hotel. Hotel is then only a 5-10 Minute walk to the old town/bars/sights. It’s also a 2 minute walk to the train station. Very kind staff and easy comfortable stay

If you have to say something, included water bottles would have been nice, but honestly there are so many convenience stores nearby that it’s really not an issue. Great easy stay to see the city

Nice but dear.

Clean modern room and hotel.

Drinkers/Drunks hanging around nearby. They charge extra for breakfast if you decide in the morning to have breakfast. We went to restaurant at railway station which had a large selection of good quality set breakfast meals.

All good, great location

All good for a bed but for more than one night: Chair good for lounging but didn't fit to desk, very uncomfortable. Gym in good shape but weights only to 10 kg and cardios facing the bench is unusual and unusable in my opinion.

A practical stay for a short trip to Luxemburg

- The hotel is quite central and super close to main station. - It had very nice bar and sitting area at the entrance. - The room was very airy and well-decorated, also was very clean. - The staff was friendly and welcoming. Check-in&out were pretty smooth. - The fitness room had everything I needed and proved useful. - For a practical stay to visit Luxemburg for leisure or work, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

- Wi-Fi was unstable most of the time. Couldn't make a video conference in my room. - Although it was spotless clean, the bathroom had a kind of damp smell when we first entered the room. But it quickly went away after we ventilated it for a while. - The building noise in the city was quite disturbing in the morning, although there is nothing the hotel can do for this.
