Location is amazing. I really love this location. Rooms are very good. I am happy.

One supervisor male met me and he offer me to become a member. I was very happy and he promised with me to send me an email. But he didn't sent me any email or member offer. I am still love to become a member.

Really great to access everything that London has to offer

Housekeepers could have been better. We were not left the tea / sugar / milk in the room. I had to go down to reception to ask for such. Chap knocked on the door 4:30 ish to ask if we were happy with the housekeeping. I asked for a spare loo roll - back in five minutes he said very nicely. He never came back. I normally leave a decent tip for such workers - but if they can’t be bothered neither can I.

Hotel was centrally located to the sights we wanted to see.

According to guest services the hotel had just received new towels. While they were quite plush, they may or may not have been laundered. This resulted in the towels leaving large amounts of lint on our bodies and clothes. The hotel could not provide lint rollers to clean our garments. On the second day of our stay, housekeeping never got to our room. We left the hotel at 9:00 am and returned at 4:00 pm to find our room untouched. I notified guest services who sent someone directly to our room and changed our towels and took the trash. The breakfast buffet was average, most of the food was over cooked so we mainly ate breads and fruit.
