    The property is in an excellent location, allowing easy access to many attractions, including Tower Bridge and Tower/White Castle. Breakfast was good, but many mornings there was a line to get into the dining room. I believe this could be improved, as we often had to wait for a seat even when there were available tables. Staff response to needs was sometimes slower, such as when one of the group members requested a show cap. They received it half an hour after the request, so there is definitely room for improvement. Overall, this was a good stay.

    1) first room given: stained on both chairs, insects in the room and short hair on the bedsheet 🤦‍♀️ 2) upgraded me due to the above : the double lock was faulty 3) change to another upgraded room- after a week ceiling drip water ( I had video of this) 14 nights stay there , not sure if I will stay there again
