It was clean.
When I arrived they said there were no rooms that I had booked left so they would upgrade me to an executive suite. Got to the room and it was tiny with two single beds. Pretty sure not executive. Very small room as was the bathroom. Shower head was broke and wouldn't stay upright so shower was trickly to say they least. Had to ask for an iron and board (I was working needed shirts ironed) board was terrible and iron not much better. Basic room and basic facilities. Terrible value for money but sadly the norm in London.
