It was great. Would probably come back.

Over all it was great . Basic needs is provided . Pillows are very comfy . Best for tourists who want to stay longer and who loves cooking as kitchen is provided as well as kitchen utensils .

It would have been better if there is food to order in the hotel.

Oaks Liwa Executive Suites has become my preferred home in Abu Dhabi. From the moment I arrived, the sense of comfort and hospitality exceeded my expectations. Unlike many international hotel brands that charge for even the most basic amenities, this property provides everything at no additional cost. The suite was thoughtfully equipped, including cooking facilities and all essentials, making the stay seamless. My wife and I spent two wonderful days here, enjoying both the tranquility of the suites and the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. The quiet atmosphere also made for restful nights of sleep. Conveniently located near Abu Dhabi Mall and surrounded by everything one might need, the property also ensures that deliveries arrive directly and effortlessly to the room. A truly memorable stay—Oaks Liwa Executive Suites will remain my first choice whenever I return to Abu Dhabi.

The accomodation, the space , the aesthetics

The concierge could atleast respect our privacy. Some of the rules are not quite clear. You have to ask. The bathroom could be fixed too much water leakages. The cleaners were not cleaning properly there were finger/toe bails along the carpets

Staff is excellent and facilities are well maintained.

I stayed here before and our room always smelled nice. This trip, we got a room which you can clearly tell someone was smoking in recently. I told the man who brought my bags up to the room and he concurred too. The bag man told me he would send maintenance but neither maintenance nor housekeeping showed up. Plus, the sliding doors have always been hard to open. Shower pressure in this room was weak.

Very nice and convenient hotel. reception very accommodating, did their best to get us early check in. Rooms very clean and nicely presented. When needed assistance it was provided almost instantly. Abu Dhabi mall was nearby and so were many food places. There were small supermarkets in every street around the area. Very convenient for families with small children. Overall great service, excellent hotel and location. Would highly recommend.
