A bit weird that for an extra bed the hotel offers only fur blankets without a cover. This is quite uncomfortable. I asked for the cover and was offered several fur blankets instead, although the staff claimed that they are clean. Thank you at least for this..

Good service and breakfast in a central location

The staff was. Dry attentive and responded to our requests without any delay. Valet parking worked very smoothly. We especially liked breakfast with a good variety of food, a cosy atmosphere and very good service.

As a family of four we were supposed to have four sleeping places, but unfortunately at the arrival only three beds were prepared. After mentioning this to the front desk we quickly got the fourth bed for a child arranged. No problem, but it could have been done in advance as we have stated in the booking.

Good value hotel with excellent rooms and service.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean and the bathroom was excellent with a good-size sink and easy-to-use shower. The WiFi was good and a mains extension lead was provided. The in-room dining provided a good range of quality meals at a good price. Excellent service was provided by all members of staff. Thank you.

well appointed rooms and suites, lovely professional staff, clean hotel, good atmosphere, business-friendly.

If travelling by car, the location is challenging. Like many hotels in this part of Abu Dhabi, Al Manzel offers a very good 24h valet service, but cars are parked in public car parking spaces due to lack of a hotel carpark. This should be noted on the website, as I didn't like having my car in the sun for a week.

Unforgettable comfortable stay and great service!

Al Manzel is in a very good location with all that one may need at walking distance. Reached in the morning after my flight was cancelled. Marielle at reception was very professional and organized everything for me. Started with a very good buffet breakfast for 39 Dirhams and that made me forget about the cancelled flight. I was shown my room shortly after, and had to hold my jaw as it almost dropped to the floor. Spacious with all amenities including washer dryer and very comfortable beds. Slept like I never slept before and 3 hours later ordered food from the in site restaurant which was also amazing. Overall a very good experience that I am looking forward to repeat again!

It is a brothel, not a hotel. Stay away!

Initially the staff seemed nice. The valet parking service was useful.

We asked for a room on one of the higher floors if possible and did not get one (which was not a problem). However, upon our arrival, the receptionist announced that we were upgraded to a higher standard room (which, of course, seemed to be a very nice gesture). Although the apartment seemed larger than what we thought we booked, it was not clean, the kitchen was poorly equipped, and - worst of all - the bedroom was connected via a locked door to the living room of another apartment. On the first day of our stay, the other apartment was unoccupied, so the internal door did not bother us much. However, on the next day, a group of people moved into the neighboring apartment and organized a wild party already on the same night. As the party did not stop despite our multiple requests, we informed the reception and the security. Just before 1 am, a security person knocked at the door of the parting group and told the participant that "the neighbors are angry and cannot sleep". The half-naked, clearly drugged women who opened the door first invited the security person to join them, then scolded him for disturbing them when he refused to join, and slammed the door without stopping the party. After that the security person told us that "it was normal because it was a weekend". My partner and I were shocked and very upset as we had an extremely important work meeting (the main reason for our stay in Abu Dhabi) in just a few hours and were unable to sleep the entire night. The party did not end, and the hotel staff proposed that we (not the people who caused the problem!) move to a different room. It took us some time to collect all our items (some were lost and never found) and move to a lower floor. The new room was in even worse shape.

Al Manzel Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in Abu Dhabi. The spacious rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities, including a kitchen and washing machine, making it ideal for families and long-term stays.
