Bed was comfortable and it was clean.
Couldn’t check in earlier even though it was close to 2pm. Had to wait for our 2nd room to be ready which was past check in time. Other guests were rude and allowed their kids to run around late at night. Again other rude guests were terrible at breakfast taking up the dining room, pushing in, taking all the food where we had to wait a long time for refills. Breakfast was overall chaotic and disappointing. I had to keep asking staff for food which they thankfully were able to get our family who were missing out.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant.
Could times be allocated to the free breakfast? It was quite chaotic and the 2 staff were trying to keep up with many demanding guests.
