    If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. Absolutely filthy in both common areas as well as the rooms. My daughter’s bed collapsed in half when anyone laid on it. When I checked the mattress tag, it was dated 1999! This hotel appears to have had no maintenance or new furniture since about then! Rooms were not serviced despite me asking for a service (3 night stay). They came and gave us 2 fresh towels (for a family of 5), which consisted of the “service”. Didn’t take away dirty cups or replenish any supplies. Empty conditioner bottle in the bathroom, only a bottom sheet with no top sheet or blankets on one of the beds that we had paid for. Reception lady was lovely and friendly and had told us if we needed anything, to come physically to reception, as the phones don’t work. This was irrelevant as our room did not even have a phone in order to attempt to call reception to ask for basic hygiene requirements! Common areas are dirty and extremely poorly maintained, with paint chipped everywhere, and my personal favourite was the dirty linen skip permanently placed full of dirty laundry by the stairs which you had to use to access your room. I don’t know how Accor and Ibis can put their name to this place. Avoid like the plaque!!

    The hotel is fine as a base. Shower was good. Breakfast was passable. Beds were uncomfortable. The room was a little dated but warm.

    Arrived Ibis, went to check in, the lady couldn’t find my booking. Took awhile to work it out. Then had to drive to our room, the road is cracked so bad that it hit under the car(such a hazard) checked into room. Very dark room, extremely old carpet. The double bed was 2 beds put together. They had also blocked the PowerPoints around the bed so it had no where to charge a phone. The bed kept on rolling out from the wall. The hair dryer in the room didn’t work at all, the toilet paper was like the paper you get at a public toilet (1 piece at a time). The painting on the wall was scary. The coffee stuff was on the bottom floor of the draw near the floor. The wifi said to scan on a wall plate but the qr didn’t work, had to contact reception but they have no phones in the room. Have to walk all the way to reception. This place needs a lot of work, I couldn’t give it 3 star on a good day. Sorry I usually write good reviews but this time I can’t. Won’t be back again!

    I regret booking this hotel. Room is so worn out, hallways are very dirty, entrance of the building has a trash bin full of rubbish and very smelly. Will never stay at this property again.
