quiet, utilitarian, clean, lots of birds in the area with a nature reserve very close.
not close to shops.

Helpful staff, spacious room (we had a 2-room unit), guest laundry was useful! Quiet space and parking right outside the door.
Facilities are getting a bit tired, but everything is still functional and we had what we needed. We definitely needed the heater on at night!

The rooms were comfortable and the water pressure was great!
The bed in room 270 was terrible and my colleague didn't get much sleep at all over 4 days.
