    Arrived Ibis, went to check in, the lady couldn’t find my booking. Took awhile to work it out. Then had to drive to our room, the road is cracked so bad that it hit under the car(such a hazard) checked into room. Very dark room, extremely old carpet. The double bed was 2 beds put together. They had also blocked the PowerPoints around the bed so it had no where to charge a phone. The bed kept on rolling out from the wall. The hair dryer in the room didn’t work at all, the toilet paper was like the paper you get at a public toilet (1 piece at a time). The painting on the wall was scary. The coffee stuff was on the bottom floor of the draw near the floor. The wifi said to scan on a wall plate but the qr didn’t work, had to contact reception but they have no phones in the room. Have to walk all the way to reception. This place needs a lot of work, I couldn’t give it 3 star on a good day. Sorry I usually write good reviews but this time I can’t. Won’t be back again!

    Parking is terrible, not enough car spaces for the amount of rooms I drove around for half hour waiting for someone to move so I could park. Room was tiny, advertised as spacious and wasn't. Sheets weren't very clean, bathroom had hair in it that did not belong to us, Sticky stuff on carpet. Glass sliding door wouldn't lock, luckily the screen door did. Only one usable PowerPoint due to location, TV wouldn't work, not enough blankets for amount of people. One water bottle between 4 people. Accessibility not great for families. No proper bed side tables. I couldnt use the body wash as it was broken, shower head spraying out water too so was broken. I wont be staying again for these reasons, and I would not recommend to anyone. Absolute waste of money and feel very ripped off

    This looks more like a dormitory than a hotel. The facility has a dog poop smell. The fridge has leftover milk in it from the previous person. Thankfully the toilet, towel and bed sheets are clean and fresh
