The room was very quiet--kept the outer doors closed and there was no external noise. The bed was extremely comfortable. Got the best night's sleep I ever had away from home! The staff was very friendly, but I had to rely on my Spanish speaking partner as they didn't speak English.
The pass key for the room was a bit finnicky. The TV volume on the remote didn't work so couldn't hear very well. But these were minor inconveniences and didn't diminish our stay in any significant way.

We reserved three rooms. It is our 2d time staying here. The location is very convenient to a good parking garage. We like the location on the edge of the old part of the city. It is quiet but has several restaurants and cafes nearby. It is easy to explore the historic center on foot from here. The front desk staff are very kind, helpful and responsive to messages. We requested a room with a walk in shower for a member of our group who is in her 80s, and they were very accommodating. The beds are quite comfortable and the air conditioning works well.

Great Friendly Hosts. The rooms are small. For an overnight stay it was fine and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast!
The noise from the Bar just below our window kept us up all night until after 3am. Despite the double pane windows being closed. I realize this is not your fault but it is something for guests to know about if they stay in the room we did. It was not a quiet restful evening for us.
